Once upon a time it was a nice house

Unfortunately, our experience with this villa was not what we expected. First of all, accommodation is outdated and needs to be adapted to the modern traveller needs. Too many rooms that are unusable and full with old furniture. Moreover, house hasn’t been cleaned properly for years, you can smell the odour of old wooden furniture, old musty tiles in bathrooms, dusty carpets all over the house, greasy kitchen appliances with filthy dishes. Outside area neglected with outdated and filthy pool.

Fantastisk ferie

Det var en fantastisk ferie og ophold. En rigtig dejlig ejendom med rigelig plads og muligheder. Nogle rigtig dejlige hjertevarme værter. Dejligt stille område. Tæt på lå der en lille by hvor man kunne gå til af en lille sti. I byen var der en lille butik hvor man kan købe det fornødne, købe en kop kaffe eller en øl. Der er også en rigtig lokal restaurant der laver nogle rigtig gode pizzaer. Kan varmt anbefales.

Magnifique maison avec quelques bémols

La maison et sa situation, le jardin, la piscine et les extérieurs sont fantastiques. Mais la lourdeur des décorations intérieures, les photos de famille disséminées un peu partout provoquent comme un malaise. On se sent beaucoup trop chez eux et pas assez chez nous. La maison devrait être allégée d'une part du mobilier. C'est difficile, certes, mais cela rendrait les chambres plus chaleureuses. La cuisine est trop petite, le four n'était pas nettoyé, de même que des casseroles et des poêles.

Hus i Toscana

Stort hus med mycket sittplatser. Lite fuktigt i vissa rum. Ligger i skogs trakter vilket gjorde det lite fuktigare och lägre temperatur än nere i dalen. Fantastisk trädgård med möjlighet till många aktiviteter. Trevligt bemötande av värdparet. Stördes ej av V. och S. trots att de bor på tomten.

Urlaub mit Familie und Freunden

Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Großes, luxeriöses Haus mit vielen Rückzugsorten, Tennisplatz und Pool. Hinfahrt über engen Waldweg etwas abenteuerlich. Nichts für tiefergelegte Autos. Sehr netter Empfang durch die Gastgeber. Den Urlaub kann man dort in vollen Zügen genießen und zur Ruhe kommen.

Wunderschöne Anlage

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in der Toskana. Man hat für jedes Familienmitglied ein eigenes Zimmer und es hat mehrere Bäder. Es hat im Haus eventuell zu viele kleine Figuren, welche man von den Kindern verstecken muss. Auch sollten die Steckdosen teilweise repariert werden. Das Haus bietet viel Abwechslung mit dem Pool und den Tennisplatz, die Kinder hatten sehr viel Spass. Man hat zum nächsten grösseren Coop in Pistoia sicherlich 20 Minuten. Die Vermieter waren super!

Maison idéale

Une maison très bien située sur les hauteurs de Pistoia (petite route qui permet une tranquillité absolue ) !). La maison est incroyable, avec des commodités assez bien réparties. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine est bienvenue après une journée de visite sous une chaleur de plomb ! L'accueil de V. et S. est extrêmement chaleureux et, quand on a un souci, ils sont tous deux très réactifs. Un très bon séjour donc ! Merci à vous deux !

We werden hartelijk ontvangen. Ze spreekt redelijk goed Engels. Het is een ruim huis met wel heel veel kamers. Ze wonen er normaal gesproken zelf in en dat merk je. Het huis is overvloedig ingericht maar wel gezellig. De keuken is iets ruimer dan gedacht maar de apparatuur is wel aan vervanging toe en er mogen meer drinkglazen bij-gebroken = 5euro. De waterfilter was top! De tennisbaan, pooltafel en het zwembad zijn perfect. Sommige slaapkamers zijn erg warm. Er waren helaas maar 2 ventilatoren.

Mooie ruime villa voor grote familie(s)

Prima verzorgde villa, zeer schoon onderhouden huis en tuin. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Zowel ontvangst als vertrek goed. Zwembad mooi gelegen en uitstekende tennisbaan. Ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden. Voor kinderen alles aanwezig om te vermaken. Biljart en speelkamer. Keuken relatief klein en daardoor onhandig om met meerdere personen te koken, dit was wel een minpuntje.

Wunderschöne Ferienanlage

Wir haben wunderschöne Ferientage in der Toskana verbringen dürfen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben auch gerne einige Ausflugstipps. Die ganze Anlage verfügt über den italienischen Charme, den man einfach genissen muss. Sehr gute Temperaturen, wunderschöne Anlage mit Pool, Tennisplatz und einem grossen Garten. Wir würden wieder buchen. Einzig die schmalen Strassen zu der Ferienanlage sind eine Herausforderung als nicht Italiener. ;-)

Grossartiger Urlaub

Wir, eine vierköpfige Familie, haben hier eine wunderbare Zeit gehabt. Pool und Tennisplatz waren das highlight, gerade auch für die Kinder. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls grandios, das Haus sehr sauber. Alles perfekt. Und die Gastgeber sind wunderbare Menschen: sie sind in einem separaten Bereich auf dem Grundstück zu Hause, allerdings so diskret dass man nimmt sie überhaupt nicht wahr nimmt. Wenn jedoch etwas ist, sind sie sofort zur Stelle und helfen. Grazie mille per tutto!

Location for Large Family Holiday

Amazing and interesting house and gardens in a secluded hilltop location. Swimming pool, tennis and snooker table gave so much opportunity for relaxing and enjoyment, and baking in the pizza oven was a big high for the family. Pictures are very accurate of the facility. While lots of bathrooms, the facilities could have been more modern to accommodate needs

Nice villa in the Tuscan hills

We stayed in the ville in July 2019 with three couples including 3 children. The villa was very complete, clean and spacefull. XXX and XXX were good hosts. They are always available, but are very discrete. They live in the villa themselves in winter. The only remark we could make is that you need a 25 min drive to Pistoia, the nearest city and access to highways to main Tuscan highlights, which is more than expected. If you are not planning to make day trips each day,it is not an issue
