Really nice place, cute, romantic, clean. I agree it could use a bit more lighting along the pathway when you’re coming in at night but overall very happy with the stay
Nice amenities, comfortable beds. Arrived after dark so the path to our door was dark with only one working path light. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay
Would love to come back. The place has everything you need from a kitchen to a grill. It’s perfect for 2 people. Wish we spent more time there. The ride up to the place can be rough if you’re on a small car with the hills but not an issue if there’s no snow on the ground.
We booked this on a Valentines day whim, and it did not disappoint. The hot tub was a delight, the fire was amazing and really made our night. We were able to heat up some food in the hitchen. Bed was a bit well used, and a bit hard to sleep on but we were able to get some rest

Hi Joshua, thanks for spending your Valentines with us! And thanks for the feedback on the bed.
This is the second time that we have stayed here and we love the location and cabins. Our only complaint is we stayed for 5 days and we had to call the front office three times to get the things that we needed like towels. It felt like the person we spoke to did not really know what he was doing. The maintenance and cleaning staff were amazingly kind and helpful.
Our stay was wonderful. It was clean and had everything we needed. But Saturday night not tree house B but the one behind us was loud with their music and every time he shut the sliding door it felt like it was shaking our bedroom wall. Which they were in and out alot. We go to sleep fairly early.
The road to get to it was a little confusing and glad we had a awd vehicle. I didn't realize the road going back to the treehouse was so steep and gravel.
We enjoyed our stay at this nice cabin. It was a little hard to find. The bed was not the best (sounded like it may fall down and sunk in a little). The sidewalk was graveled but missing some in places causing it to be muddy. The hot tub (didn’t use it because it didn’t look desirable) is coming apart on the outside and the cover is in terrible condition (needs to be replaced). The fire pit was wonderful and it is beautiful surrounding the cabins.

Hi Cathy, thanks for the feedback. We've since regraveled the walkway, replaced the hot tub cover, and replaced the bedframe.
Husband and I spent our 1 year wedding anniversary here and had a great time. Located close to everything Bryson City and the surrounding area has to offer. Short drive to Cherokee. Elk rut season in the fall is a great time to view the local herd. The cabin was clean and cozy. Indoor fireplace didn't work and we never got a response back from maintenance, but that's ok because the hot tub and firepit under the stars were more relaxing anyway. The rental is essentially one large cabin structure divided into 4 smaller cabin units so you share some interior walls but still feels very private. You cannot see your neighbors and no noise concerns. We can't wait to go back.

Hi Audrey, thanks for spending your Anniversary with us! We have since replaced the fireplace with an electric one. We'd love to host you again for your Second Anniversay!
First time get away with the hubby since 2006 and boy did we need it.
Arrived and the cabin was very nice and clean except for those carpenters bees. They has saw dust everywhere on the deck. A quick sweep and it was back. Did not bother us but it may others. Hot tub was nice and relaxing, could use a new cover as it look like it had caught on fire at some time. It was nice and quiet and you did not know you had such close neighbors as we were secluded with cabin c. We will definitely stay again but may get a larger cabin in Watershed.
