This single story, Mid-Century modern home with 1950’s charm, includes a dual-sided wood burning fireplace, open kitchen w/large dining room, large pet friendly fenced-in yard and covered patio w/firepit and gas outdoor grill.

Relax in the amazing backyard or take a short walk or drive to some of the best food spots in the area.

The Location- It's close enough to downtown, yet has that calm neighborhood feel. The highway is easily accessible and will get you to the Tech Center or Downtown and up the mountains faster than locations within Denver's dense neighborhoods. The area offers two grocery stores, nearby shopping centers, local restaurants/breweries, parks and gyms.

The Property- Free parking in the driveway and street. It's dog-friendly with a completely fenced yard. Sorry, no cats. Before booking, please tell me about your dog(s) breed, weight, and age. As much as I love guest dogs, they do have an impact to home and yard so there is a pet fee associated with each booking.

Other things to note - This location is available for longer stays and subject to a lease and terms of lease, including deposit, and pet deposit if applicable. The stay is only for the term indicated. Guests ID verification is required.

Pet rules apply: Please be sure to pick up after your pets including waste. No pets, dogs allowed on the furniture or in the beds. Excessive fur found in bedding or on furniture will incure additional cleaning cost. Seasonal landscaping and weed management does occur on the property, which may limit access to the yard during those times.

Beds & Towels: -Please leave beds unmade. Place any used throw blankets or extra pillows on top of the bed, to signal they are used. -Used towels: place in bathtub.
Dishes & Food: - Load all used dishes in dishwasher. Detergent Pods are located under the sink. Start wash cycle. - Please take or throw out any leftover food from the refrigerator and pantry.
Pet guests- please clean up after your dog. Bags are located in the pantry, and a scooper is located on the side of the house. Be sure to check for any toys before you go.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Never turn the thermostat off. Heat must remain at 57 degrees minimum when outside temperatures are expected to reach 50 degrees or below.
Please do not flush any wipes, even if labeled “flushable”. Don't flush feminine products and avoid flushing large quantities of paper all at once.
Don't leave active firepit/fireplace, children, pets unattended. Burn only firewood & fire starter material. Guests responsible for damage.

This property has all the charm of a classic Denver mid-century home and is suitable for pets and children. It's an excellent open concept chef's kitchen (fully stocked) and outdoor patio space connected by dual sliding glass doors. It's a single story ranch home, meaning no staircases to climb with you luggage!
Parking is FREE with no designated street sweeping days or worries about parking ticket/tow away zones as a result. Driveway parking is also available.
