Nestled at the base of the Killington access road, our inviting townhome offers a snug retreat with just a 7-minute drive to the mountain and restaurants. Recently updated, it boasts new appliances, two modern bathrooms, and an open layout on the main floor - seamlessly connecting the kitchen and living room with a fireplace. Two large windows allow for views of the mountain from inside during the winter or on the front decks during the summer. The lower level features a playroom for children and convenient amenities. We invite you to join us for a cozy winter stay or a cool summer get away!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn heat down to 55 degrees on all 3 floors, all 8 thermastats. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge.

If cleaning service is required beyond 8 guests, additional charge will be assessed by the property management.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The dumpster, for trash and recycling, is in the rear of the complex. Recycling is mandatory. Rinse all dishes, put dishes into dishwasher, and run.
All shoes and boots in mud room trays next to door. All skis stay in vehicles. Turn all lights off and turn heat down to 55 degrees when departing
Strip all beds and leave used sheets and towels on floor in the mud room on the lower level for the cleaning service

We chose this property because of its location to the mountain resort, only minutes away which is a great location. However, it is nestled in a conveniently located cul-de-sac surrounded by trees with mountain views.
