See full details.. *****Large heated indoor pool/large jacuzzi/steam room/sauna/gym/massages, etc.. ..1800 sq. ft. Spacious Duplex style Townhouse(not condo) located in 'The Woods Resort & Spa'. With a beautiful pond located right outside your oversize deck, this 4 season home can be enjoyed year round. Located 5 minutes from Killington lodges, 10 minutes from PICO, this luxury "end unit" is newly carpeted. With a TV in each bedroom and living room, everyone has a place to go. It has 1 KING Bed, 1 Queen Bed, & a pull out sofa bed.. . The upstairs MASTER BEDROOM has a JACUZZI & Sauna..The large living room with its Cathedral ceiling & wood burning fireplace (wood provided free) is the perfect setting to relax in. On the large deck outside with gas grill, BBQ's are frequent & much time is spent sitting on the deck or at the foot of the pond. Wifi through the house. Well behaved pets considered.

***** There is a 5 night minimum over Christmas/NY’ers week.
***** There is a 3 night minimum over MLK & Presidents Weekend.

***There is a jacuzzi in the Master Bedroom.


But one of the main attractions to The Woods Resort & Spa is its Luxury Amenities center. Open year round, it is free to all guests & has the following: Large 75 foot heated 'L' shaped pool with lap lane, lounge chairs poolside, 2 Jacuzzis, large steam room, sauna, well equipped fitness room with free weights, machines, cardio, TV, etc., 3 clay tennis courts. Also available is a full list of spa treatments to pamper yourself or loved ones. (Ala carte). Killington is truly a '4' season resort...

Rich is a great host. Sent documents that explained everything. The few question's we had he responded immediately. The condo is quite nice! We had 3 adults & 2 11 year old kids and size was just right. TVs and WiFi worked fine, no problems. Bed’s comfy. Used the sauna every day as well as the pool w/ hot tub at the spa which is only a short ride (3 minutes). We were there in January to ski Killington which is 5-10 minutes away. Got caught by the winter storm Fern. Rich was very accommodating as we needed to stay an extra night. Hope to make this an annual trip. I don’t usually write reviews this long but this unit & owner deserves our appreciation. Thanks Rich

Quick few days away was great. The location is awesome and everything was within a few minutes. The pool and gym have some funny hours but we tried to take advantage as much as we could. Owner was very responsive to questions and will definitely be back with the family again!

This place was perfect for our annual family ski trip. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. It was in a great location, close to the slopes as well as restaurants and shops. We loved the wood burning fire place and sauna! The communication with the owners was excellent.

This townhouse was the perfect fit for our stay. We loved its location to the mountain and the restaurants. The spa was amazing and we went daily after snowboarding. The fire place made it so cozy in the evenings. We will absolutely try to stay here again next year.

We loved the place! Very spacious, beds were comfortable, jacuzzi and sauna was a great amenity especially the Spa which included a beautiful big pool, whirlpool, Sauna and steam room, was able to bring our dog, owner was very nice accommodating. Highly recommend!

A family of 3 and a dog enjoyed staying at this 2 bedroom unit over the New Years. The place is clean and close to Killington. The furnishings and kitchen could use some upgrades but we adapted. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fireplace, gym and pool. We didn’t have chance to use the sauna and jacuzzi in the unit but they appeared functional. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks!
