Cosy Val André house with SPA

Quiet seaside house of 115 m2 with SPA, close to all amenities. It is located 10 minutes walk from the beach of Val André, the path of the customs officers and the shops. The sailing school and the golf course is 500 meters away. Heated hot tub to 38 degrees (jacuzzi) ideal for relaxing.
It was completely renovated in 2022. It has a spacious and bright kitchen open to the living room. On the first floor shower room, toilet and laundry room. Upstairs a spacious bathroom with toilet and 3 bright bedrooms.
The detached house is bordered by a 150 square metre garden. Wooden terrace, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha. Furnished area with SPA heated to 38 degrees.
Sheets and towels are provided from 3 nights booked. 4 bicycles available. Self-arrival with key box.
Baby equipment can be provided free of charge on request (cots, chair, bath, stroller, bouncer).
Minimum booking period: 7 days during the summer holidays. 5 days during the school holidays.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison fidèle aux photos ! Très adaptée aux familles avec tout le nécessaire pour enfant/bébé.Néanmoins nous avons eu un problème de communication avec l’hôte en fin de séjour concernant le ménage qui n’est pas inclu dans la location, seul bémol.

Bonjour Merci pour votre commentaire. Effectivement le ménage n’était pas inclus donc logiquement c’était à vous d’effectuer le ménage. Ce qui n’a pas été fait. L’annonce a été modifiée le ménage sera à chaque fois compris dans le montant de la location pour éviter tout malentendu.

La maison est vraiment très agréable et bien équipée. Elle est proche de la plage. Les propriétaires, très sympathiques, nous ont bien accueillis, tout est simple. Je recommande cette très belle maison!
