Charming updated home in the Maravista section of Falmouth. 5 minute walk to the Great Pond and Bristol Beach is .8 miles down the road. Flat walk or bike ride will get you there in no time! I recommend taking the pond path for a beautiful view on the way to the beach. Want to be near downtown? You are! A 5 minute uber or a 10 minute bike ride and you're in the heart of Downtown Falmouth. Bring your boat/kayak/paddleboard. Lots of launches nearby and space in the driveway.

Highlights: Take advantage of the new outdoor shower when you get back from the beach or hang by the fire pit. There is also a deck with table and additional seating next to a grill for your seafood feast! The house is fully updated with central A/C, new windows, updated bathroom and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. There is an all in one washer/dryer for your use. All dishes, pots and pans, glasses and cutlery will be there for you. Off the kitchen is a great round table for you to sit around and eat or play games. The 2 bedrooms are set up adorably. There is a queen in one and a bunk bed in the other. The bottom bunk is a full size bed with a twin above and a twin trundle below.
The highlight for me is the incredible sunroom off the kitchen. There is a couch and tv and small table for your family to enjoy even more space. If you want to hang inside there is a new 55" tv with many of the streaming channels already set up for your enjoyment. There will be a binder on the table for you with great tips for you to enhance your stay. From where to rent bikes, to which fish market I recommend and different restaurants I love. Due to COVID, please bring your own bedding and towels.
