During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

My go to spot
I’ve been staying here for about 7 years now and love the views, the pools and hot tubs, and the location because it’s close to a lot of attractions and places to eat.
The drains didn’t drain well tho this stay and the sleeper couch and chair was kinda old/rusty looking. Other than that I loved the stay!

Best hotel
We have been going to the patrica grand Myrtle beach for 9 yes now. We love how clean it is and how nice all the employees are they really make it feel like home. The restaurant has great food. The only thing I would do differently is get a different 4th of July dj...(like the one they had last yr and have the 4th of July cook out on the 4th it brings everything together. But other then that 2 thumbs up from me and my family....see everyone next yr.

Not a “Grand Anniversary”
For the money that we’re spending on these rooms the least they can do is make sure they are up to date. The Patricia Grand is definitely not “GRAND “

My stay
This made my 3rd time staying at the Patricia Grand. I recommend my family to stay at this hotel for the first time and I was so embarrassed about the way our rooms looked. We paid too much money to stay at a hotel with furniture that was nasty and out dated. The curtains definitely needs changing and so does the carpet. My family started their room was not update as well and it didn’t make sense to pay that much money and the rooms were not worth it. When I got there my balcony door was opened because it was jammed. The tub was stopped up! The hotel would be very nice if they update the nasty furniture and replace the carpet with tile floors and update the curtains….

Unsanitary, DIRTY!! Truly Gross!
My wife and I booked this room and prepaid online, the photos are 100% deserving and false advertisement. If I could give negative stars, I would! It was truly disgusting! There was mold growing in the bathroom, all the furniture was dirty and stained (I would NOT touch them!), the carpet looks as if it was NEVER cleaned with stains and sand everywhere, as well as unraveling everywhere. The curtains have holes and are falling down. Even the artwork hanging on the wall was damaged and waterstained. Clearly NO care has been taken to keep up this room or keep in clean. Aside from the room being completely unexpectable the hotel its self was dingy and dirty and our room keys never worked and we had to get them replaced 3 times- the from desk never asked for identification or a name, just the room number, didn't feel secure either! Vacasa, please do better, you we will be hearing from us privately as well!

Myrtle beach vacation
We liked the location of property, the staff were pleasant and helpful. The bedroom was nice and bed was comfortable. We liked the layout of the room but advertised as fully equipped kitchen and there were no knives, 3 forks, and no real utensils. It was a challenge trying to prepare a meal. The carpet was very worn and the room had an unpleasant order until aired out. The hook on back of bathroom door was falling off and the room could have used a good cleaning. We brought our own sanitizer and cleaned

More bang for your buck.
The Patricia Grand is my new favorite hotel. I use to stay at Avista every summer in a gorgeous condo with room prices upwards of $300 a night. I get the same quality at Patricia Grand for under $100 a night in a condo. Every thing is clean and beautiful and the staff is very attentive.

Horrible Room.
The room was terribly outdated and felt very dirty. The carpet had tears all in it, the curtains had tears in them as well, the top of the TV stand appear to have had water sitting on it and the top finish was peeling off and just colored, the kitchen cabinets were you would put your hand to open one had not been wiped down in a long time they were very greasy feeling and dirty, The inside of the bathroom door looked as though it had been wet too and was curling up from the bottom. The room just had a dirty feel to it in general. I would never recommend or stay at this property again. One other issue was that in every room except for possibly two you could see in to the other rooms, and the view for the most part was only one side of the beach. Our room number 610 was supposed to be an oceanfront room but we could only see one side of the ocean therefore it was a partial view. Very sad that we wasted our four days there for my birthday weekend, very disappointing.

Excellent view, this suite needs updating
You will have an excellent view of the ocean from your balcony. The carpet and furniture need to be updating. The bathroom exhaust fan and fixture are in poor condition. The staff at the location was pleasant.
