The condo was exactly as described. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, GREAT views and location, everyone loved the hot tubs and pools and having beach chairs and umbrellas to use was great. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely rent again.

Great Vacation

We’ve stayed in the North Myrtle area for many years. This was a very nicely maintained unit but more importantly there were plenty of pools and hot tubs with a place on property for a reasonable breakfast buffet that includes omelets made to order. We were very close to Barefoot Landing. If you stay here, and want a cozy bar with good food and affordable drinks, try Spanky’s.

Great Family Getaway

The room was exactly as expected! We have stayed at Seawatch many, many times, but have never stayed on this side of the south tower. The view from every room in the unit was unbeatable! We will definitely be looking to book this room again! A great family getaway!

This was our 4th stay at Sea Watch, but our first in this unit. Very clean and quiet! Beds super comfortable and kitchen fully stocked. Only hiccup we had was that the dryer was broken when we arrived, but Gary was super quick to respond when we let him know. Overall a very good trip.

Terrific condo with a sunny balcony. From sunrise to sunset, the view was spectacular, even spotting dolphins in the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of waves was lovely. The unit is well-equipped and comfortable. All beds were comfy and lots of towels etc. I would definitely stay again.

Awesome Stay

We had a great time. The property has a lot to offer, so you do not have to go anywhere. We would walk the beach every morning. We did travel around Myrtle Beach, we went out to dinner (a lot of places to choose) we did some shopping at Barefoot Landing. We did not do everything we wanted to do, so we will be going back. I would highly recommend stay at this vrbo.

We spend a lot of time at Myrtle due to travel sports and this was a great place for us! The resort has something for every age, the beds were super comfy, clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (a mom's dream). It was stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella perfect for our family. The location was perfect, close to outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the beach. We will definitely be back!

The condo was great

The condo was great, plenty of room for our group of six. Direct beachfront location located on the 8th floor giving you plenty of height for a great view of the Atlantic and the beach directly below. Check in process was easy. we didn't experience any issues so there was no need to contact the owner during our stay. The location of this property is great near all the locations you want to visit while in Mrytle Beach

Very Nice Beacfront Location

We had a great time staying at this condo. The location was just steps from the beach. The place was well equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and umbrellas. The property owner quickly responded to an issue we had with a broken lock. It was fixed within a day. Definitely recommend this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Having kids ages 6, 3 and 2, the 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms worked out perfectly with enough space for everyone. We loved being so close to the beach, as well as a local Walmart for groceries and attractions such as Pirates Voyage and many restaurants. The area around the resort was quiet, resort staff was friendly and the kids loved the pools after the beach. The owner was quick to respond to questions we had upon check in, and the views of the ocean were amazing from the condo deck. The fully stocked kitchen was just what we needed on the nights we cooked, and having the washer/dryer was so helpful as well. We couldn't have asked for a smoother vacation spot, and would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks again!!

Perfect beach stay

Very cozy condo with everything you need. The beds are all comfortable. Great space on the bathroom counter! Easy and quick access to the pools/beach/fire pit. Walmart is about 1 mile away... great outlet shopping 1 mile away - tons of restaurants within 5 min. The condo has some beach chairs and sand toys and an umbrella. We didn't use it, but it's nice to know it's there. The owner responded to our messages promptly. We would definitely stay in this condo again. We've been coming to SeaWatch for years!

Everything about our stay at this property exceeded expectations. The property manager was very responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. The condo was clean and fully prepared for our arrival. The view was incredible from the living room. The furniture was comfortable and accommodating for our group of four. The kitchen was well stocked for our needs, which is always appreciated. The location was perfect for accessing our favorite restaurants and shopping. We really couldn't have asked for anything to have been better. Overall, the property was a great value for the money. We hope to return.

This is our 2nd year staying at Seawatch Our family absolutely loves this resort! This unit needed some updates, The refrigerator leaked the entire time, the microwave worked half the time, the comforter had blood stains on it! Other then that it was enjoyable and relaxing!!! We were thankful for the extra pillows and blankets & beach gear Thank you so much for the hospitality!

I appreciate the feedback. All of these items have been addressed over the winter. The refrigerator, microwave and linens. The comforters are a new beach theme pattern.

Hello, We are from South Carolina. We recently bought this property always dreaming of a place to call home on the beach. Our family has been visiting this area for quite awhile and decided that we finally needed to settle in the place we liked most.

Why they chose this property

The moment we saw this unit, we fell in love with the unique view and peacefulness, even though it was in a family resort. This condo is unique in that there are resort pools so close, but no matter how loud it gets, you can't hear anything from the room or deck. All you hear is the soothing ocean.
Although we haven't been able to use it much yet, we want to extend our new home to you and your family/friends. We hope that you will love it as much as we do.
