Lovely home in quaint Augusta neighborhood. Not only are you within walking distance to the course, but also located right off Washington Rd.- Augusta's main strip for restaurants, shopping and more! Fully stocked kitchen, TV's in all the bedrooms, and washer/dryer. I do NOT rent to 3rd parties. Cleaning fees vary based on length of stay. Please check with us for extended stays. We do not rent to smokers or allow pets.

The Par 4 house was very comfortable for two small families. Great location. Noted a few monor issues encountered and host was quick to resolve. Would stay again.

Work stay

I own a company in NC and sent my VP and three other employees to do a job for a local company. After a few days we determined that our stay would need to be extended. We were accommodated without an issue. Thanks for a clean, safe environment. Would recommend this property to anyone.
