My husband and I stayed at this great little studio during our first vacation to the Seaside area. It looks exactly like the pictures and is extremely clean, which is a must for me! The proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants is great. We loved getting out and walking around the community. It is peaceful and beautiful. Drawbacks: the shower is tiny, and the parking upon arrival was a challenge because both spots in the driveway were taken. We were told one of the vehicles in the drive actually belonged to people from the house on the other side though. The next day we had the opportunity to get a spot in the drive so it wasn’t a huge deal, just aggravating that someone parked there who shouldn’t have. There is limited parking available on the street but we barely got our little SUV in a spot without blocking the gate to a home. These things wouldn’t keep us from returning to this property but thought it might be helpful for someone else to be aware of. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad your first Seaside vacation lived up to the pictures — from the studio's cleanliness to the peaceful, walkable proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants. We appreciate you flagging the parking situation. We'll follow up to make sure the driveway spots are being used by the correct guests going forward, and we always encourage guests to reach out to our team right away if a driveway is blocked so we can help resolve it during the stay. Thanks again for choosing Homeowner's Collection, and we'd love to host you again on a future Seaside trip!

Short getaway

Short trip to the beach solo. This place was very clean and equipped with everything needed. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Had to find parking on the street instead of at the property which was not as convenient as I would have liked but all in all it worked out fine. Would stay there again. Very nice place.
