The property was perfect for our stay to visit my daughter. My son enjoyed playing pool downstairs and my wife and I enjoyed the beautiful view from the upstairs balcony looking into the sound. The house was clean and Clinton left us snacks. We will look to stay here again next time we visit.
Fantastic home with everything you need and more. Very clean, comfortable and the location was great for us going back and forth to the KCAC. Very kind and responsive hosts. Will be staying there again.
Communication with prporlerty manager was amazing. This place had breatht taking views and enough space for our large family and my sisters to be able to enjoy it all!
So glad we chose this home for our special weekend. Everyone was comfortable, plenty of space, amazing views sweeping the whole passage, for a unique & memorable experience. Would absolutely recommend to others & return another time!

Mary was the best guest who took great care of our home with the greatest communication which I carelessly forgot to give her a 5 star in that category! Highly recommend Mary to host anytime !
We loved the view! It was a nice, spacious house for the ten of us. The layout allowed for relaxation and good interaction. I am a cartographer so I loved the maps on the walls. The bedrooms were nice and roomy.
Beautiful view, beautiful and comfortable home. Perfect for our family of 8! Kerry was so nice to interact with and always very prompt in responding to messages.

Everything was great. I was able to cook for our brunch in a well stocked kitchen. Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained during gathering. Any questions, or problems I had was able to easily communicate with owner and get it resolved. Would definitely stay here again.

We we’re 6 adults and 6 kids. The house was very clean and organized. Each room was decorated differently and we had a lot of fun at the Brink house.
Kerry was super easy to reach and communicate. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends.

Lovely home away from home
We brought family from all over to share this lovely home for our daughters wedding week. Every member of the family was very complementary of the home. Everyone was very comfortable in the lovely family room, living room and bedrooms. The recreation room was used well into the night and much fun was had by all.
The home is clean, very well appointed and stocked for use. The view from the deck and the outside areas are equally as lovely and useful.
If you are booking a home in this area this home is a wonderful choice.

Perfect Location for a Family Thanksgiving Getaway
Our daughter and son-in-law moved to Seattle last year. Instead of having them fly back to Iowa, both families flew to Seattle instead and had a joint family Thanksgiving at the Brink House. We were 100% satisfied. The house is absolutely beautiful with ample space for everyone to socialize and relax. The view off the balcony is simply breathtaking, and the location is convenient to quickly get to attractions in the area. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions. We could not have asked for a better experience....now, we just need to schedule our next visit.....

We are glad the Brink house worked out well for your thanksgiving celebration! We would be pleased to have you come back anytime !
Beautiful, family-friendly house. The double ovens and the separated microwave and stovetop made it really easy for us to cook/ reheat our family dinner! The billiards table and ping-pong table were a big hit, along with plenty of space for groups to split off and come together for visiting. Lots of little amenities, like an extra leaf for the table and a card table made it very easy for us to have the whole crew together! Eldest uncle had a good time showing off his Lord of the Rings knowledge with the Trivial Pursuit game. There was a slight mechanical problem our first night that the owners responded to promptly Beds were too soft for most of my family members but that's a matter of personal preference :) The views, even with the somewhat tempestuous weather, were gorgeous. It is hard to walk around the area, be advised. No sidewalks. The arcade game never worked, but honestly, there were more than enough activities to keep the kids (ages 4-15) entertained. The juke box has an extremely sensitive volume. Lots of white carpet and there is a firm "no glitter policy" so if you have messy kids I'd be careful with them!Great vibe, cozy for such a large house!
Spacious and full of light. Thoughtful additions to keep people entertained—pool table, vintage video game, ping pong, juke box, and yet quiet, elegant places to relax by the fire, read, and enjoy the spectacular sunsets over the water. Unforgettable.
Simply amazing would highly recommend pictures do not give justice!!
Had no problems with property location. Easy access, the view was breathe taking!! AC a plus since weather was hot in 90s the week we were there. Owner was amazing and always responded promptly!! Would not hesitate to book again!!
