From there, you'll walk through the open concept living room and dining area and step out onto the south-facing balcony to take in the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The balcony is perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, soaking up the sun, reading a book, or simply relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening.

The condo's split floor plan offers added privacy for guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is on the opposite side of the condo with it's own dedicated bathroom, and it offers a queen-sized bed plus the option of an additional single bed.

Our vacation rental property is located in a secure building, which features amenities such as a fitness center, a large outdoor swimming pool, and tennis courts. With direct access to the beach, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in the crystal-clear waters, or strolling along the soft sand.

Please note that the condo association prohibits smoking and pets. This unit is strictly animal-free due to allergies.
