Welcome to your beach retreat! This beautiful condo is located right on Sunset Beach in the famous Treasure Island. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and incredible ocean views right from your balcony all year long. The unit has been completely refurnished in December 2020 and comes with everything you need for the perfect beach getaway.

The Mansions by the Sea complex offers a wide variety of amenities, including: direct beach access, a large heated pool and deck area, gated covered parking, gym, sauna, library, foosball, pool table, two tennis courts, shuffleboard and a full kitchen in club house area. You are also walking distance to the famous Caddy's restaurant and have easy access to shopping, water activities and attractions.

The condo has beautiful views from every window. You won't want to leave!
