Amazing Stay

The house amazing and located by many stores! The location of the house itself was wonderful! Check-in and check-out was super smooth! The communication with the property manager was very good and texted back right away which is great! Overall, the house is as amazing and we had a great stay!

Great Stay For Aftershock

The wife and some friends stayed here for Aftershock. It was a great place, quick 20 minute freeway drive and close to a 24 hour grocery store. Perfect stay!

Spacious… could use some updating. Such as, paint, more than 8 thin towels, bedding old, lamp in the master bedroom didn’t work, some light bulbs in the ceiling fans burnt out. The house may have 5 televisions. We were only able to get the master bedroom TV to work. Definitely, an inconvenience for our family. There wasn’t any comfortable family area to hangout together. Just open space, great play area for our grandson. Refrigerator, top shelve glass was missing. The positive side plenty of coffee, bath-tissue and nice background. Even though it was artificial grass front and back.

Unsettling

We were disappointed with the overall experience. The house was clean inside but the backyard was interesting at best. Broken chairs, a BBQ with crusty old food and spider webs, not usable as advertised. Shoes were on the back porch as if the homeowners were there. It was creepy. We felt as though we were being watched the entire time. We even got a text from the owner asking to retrieve items from the garage while we were there. It was the strangest VRBO experience we’ve ever had. For the price, this house wasn’t worth it.

Great Location But Lacks Charm....Would Stay Again

Things we loved: - Location. The house was close to the freeway, grocery stores, a park, and restaurants. The neighborhood is lovely and felt safe. It was very pleasant to walk through the neighborhood in the morning or evenings. - Beds were very comfortable. - Drinks in the fridge where a welcome treat. - Spacious layout. - 2 1/2 bathrooms - Easy check in and out process. Things we didn't love: - No access to laundry room. One reason I like to book VRBOs is because I can usually do laundry during our trip. We only stayed for two nights at this house, but had we stayed longer, I would have been very frustrated that I could not do laundry. - Very firm and uncomfortable pillows. There were few pillow options. After the first night of not sleeping well because of the pillow quality, we went to target and bought a $10 pillow. We slept much better the second night. - Decor. Lacks charm...This house felt very hodge-podgie. None of the decor went together. Everything in the house, except for the beds, felt old, tired, out dated, and like it was left overs from another house. I think that if some thought was put into the decor and furnishings it could have a much more cozy and welcoming feel. - There was a musty smell when we first walked in. The smell seemed to dissipate once we turned the air conditioning on. In spite of the things we didn't love, I would stay there again because it was a great location and met our needs.
