Independent 3-key holiday cottage with south-facing rear terrace sheltered from the wind and from view in the property which is located between the sea and dunes (50 meters walk from the sea).
A stone's throw from the shopping town center of Fort Mahon (no need to take out your car for your shopping, going to a restaurant or simply strolling...).
The water sports center is at the end of the street (sand yachting, sea kayaking, sailing, walks in the Bay of Somme and Bay of Authie with a nature guide.)

Fort Mahon beach is located in a privileged, natural and renowned tourist site at the crossroads between Le Touquet, the Bay of Somme and the Marquenterre park.

Caline was the owners’ dog who bonded with ours immediately - phew! The house was delightful and seconds from the endless beach. Not for disco lovers but perfect for anyone wanting a true taste of French life.

Très jolie maisonnette

Super séjour ensoleillé ! La maisonnette est très agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, très claire (surtout avec le joli soleil que nous avons eu). La propriétaire est adorable et très accueillante. Les escaliers pour aller à la chambre peuvent être dangereux pour les jeunes enfants.

Jolie petite maison

Un accueil chaleureux, appartement sur deux étages avec une grande chambre et une petite salle de bain. Propre et bien rangé. Parking privé dans la cour, à recommander. Tout est accessible à pied, la plage, les magasins, les restaurants, la boulangerie, le marché. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Un grand merci à l'hôtesse, Mme Eveline Vannicatte, et à ses fils très serviables.

MERCI pour le bon séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine de détente dans la maison de vacances propre et meublée avec beaucoup de goût. L'hôtesse est très gentille et nous a donné plein de conseils utiles pour nos excursions. L'emplacement de la maison est parfait : à environ 5 minutes à pied de la plage pour chiens et un supermarché à environ 12 minutes à pied. Nous, y compris notre chien, avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise.

Erster Besuch in der Picardie

Trotz wechselhafter, kühler Wetterlage haben wir uns gut erholt. Wenn man nicht zuviele Menschen um sich haben möchte, ist es ratsam, außerhalb der Ferien nach Fort Mahon zu reisen. Mme. Vannicatte hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen, herzlichen Dank dafür.

Erholsame 14 Tage

Schnuckeliges, kleines Ferienhaus über zwei Etagen auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter, die ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend sind. 3 Minuten Fußweg zum traumhaften Strand an dem wir und unser Hund viel Spaß und Erholung genossen haben. Wenn man nicht will, muss man das Auto (Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück!) tatsächlich nicht bewegen. Das kleine Staädchen ist zwar touristisch geprägt, hat aber alles, was man braucht direkt vor Ort. Danke für die erholsamen 14 Tage! und die Gastfreundschaft von Madame und Monsieur Vannicatte.

Top-Haus in bester Lage

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben mit wirklich allem ausgestattet, auch die Küche ist komplett, vom Austernöffner bis zum Dampfkochtopf. Das Häuschen ist klein, aber alles vorhanden. Im Inneren ist es sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt auf dem Grundstück der Besitzer. Diese sind sehr freundlich und diskret, so dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Die eigene Terasse ist vom Haus der Besitzer abgewandt, so dass man auch sehr gut seine Privatsspähäre hat. Die Lage ist wie im Inserat beschrieben hervorragend, 2 min zum Sandstrand oder in den Ort zu Fuß, von der Terasse blickt man in die Dünen. Die Umgebung ist insbesondere für Naturliebhaber toll, aber ebenso zum relaxen. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter und können uns vorstellen auch noch einmal dorthin zu reisen.

Wunderschönes, kleines, einzeln stehendes Häuschen mit Puppenstubencharakter auf dem Grundstück der liebenswerten Vermieter. 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Sandstrand und bis zum zentralen Platz am Meer. Nettes Örtchen: "nicht zu viel und nicht zu wenig". Empfehlenswert !

Een heerlijk weekje ontspannen.

Het vakantiehuisje is niet groot, maar biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. De bovenverdieping is erg ruim en leuk ingericht. Lekker buiten ontbijten of zomaar in de zon zitten. En natuurlijk het strand/zee zo dichtbij. De nabije aanwezigheid van de gastvrouw en gastheer was niet storend. Een praatje in het frans/duits/engels was juist erg gezellig. Voor vragen staan ze altijd klaar! Fort-Mahon-Plage is bovendien een ideale uitvalsbasis om van daaruit de omgeving te verkennen.

Nous avons passé une semaine de détente ,avec des propriétaires accueillants ,adorables et disponibles dans un logement confortable ,propre et très fonctionnel et avec la compagnie de Caline leur gentille petite chienne . Hélas les vacances ont une fin !!! Mais c'est avec bonheur que nous y retournerons .
