We’re glad to hear that you found our home good, Ashlee. Our team has thoroughly inspected all the areas mentioned and ensured that improvements have been made. Fresh sheets are always provided for each group of guests, and we are always here to help if any issues arise during your stay. This is a false review. We strive to ensure all our guests have a positive experience and take great care to maintain and accurately represent our vacation homes. During the checkout cleaning, we unfortunately discovered significant sauce stains on the carpet in one of the bedrooms and some items that were damaged beyond repair. Despite our findings, we were unable to resolve these issues directly with you as you denied responsibility and left this misleading review. To restore our home to its excellent condition for future guests, we had to schedule professional carpet cleaning and repairs. We remain dedicated to providing outstanding stays and will continue to uphold the high standards that our guests have come to expect.

Hi Shiekka, thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We’ll look into the issues you mentioned with pests, towel supplies, and cleanliness to make necessary improvements. Your comments are valuable to us.

We have conducted a thorough deep cleaning to uphold the high standards we aim to provide for our guests. Fresh sheets and linens are always provided for each reservation, and pest control services our home regularly to prevent any bug issues. Additionally, we’ve inspected the pool heater, and it is working perfectly with no issues. As we explained, the weather during your stay was the coldest we’ve seen in years, which can affect the efficiency of pool heaters in warming colder water. We truly appreciate your understanding. We also inspect our home before each check-in to ensure everything is in excellent condition, as we are committed to providing outstanding stays for our guests.
