It was our third time staying here, which should tell you how strongly we recommend it! The location is ideal, just a minute from Commercial Street. And while the space is small, it's perfect for two people, with so much storage that you never feel cramped.
I loved my stay at this excellent little spot. It's perfect for one or two people. While the space isn't ample, it's optimally designed to feel larger. Very clean and modern with all the amenities you could ask for. Gerard was very responsive, attentive, and overall a perfect host. Everything you need is within walking distance. I highly recommend it!
Perfect for a weeklong beach trip for two people. Owners are responsive and great with communication. The space is cozy, and its details are thoughtful. We would strongly consider staying here again.
Great location, just up the street to boat slip, but very quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed. It was all newly updated. We were concerned about the bed being a Murphy bed but it was very comfortable so no issues there. Gerard was very responsive, sending us what we needed to get in. We had a nice welcome card, chocolates and wine. We would definitely stay there again!
The property was comfortable with modern amenities. Its locations made getting around town very easy. It will be on our lists for any future visits to Provincetown.
Their rental is homey, clean, comfortable & in a convenient location. One block away from Commercial Street, 5 minute drive to Stop & Shop, 15 minute walk to the Pilgrim Monument. The host is really responsive, friendly & accommodating. We're looking forward to staying here again sometime.

I cannot say enough wonderful words about this stay. It is small and perfect for one person. I think 2 would be too many, but for one..it is stellar!!! Gerard has thought of EVERYTHING to make a small space perfectly habitable and comfortable. I was there for 4 nights, and a few of those days I was basically homebound due to stormy rains and winds. And, I didn't mind one bit, because I had all that I needed. This place is clean, modern, classy, and pristine. Gerard is the perfect host who is there for you should you need anything every step of the way. If/when I'm back in Provincetown, I will be looking Gerard's place to book first, and I hope it will be available..Thanks so much for everything Gerard!
Gerard was very responsive from the first time I contacted him and I knew if I needed anything, he would take care of it. The property had everything we needed and we slept amazing. Extremely clean and central to everything in P-town. I recommend this property 100%!
Smart & attractive design of small space... ample storage. Good location.
However, it is dark, and you would not want to entertain or cook within.

The studio has 5 windows, a glass door, under cabinet lighting, overhead lighting , table lighting and certainly not dark.
It is a studio apartment not meant to entertain groups and has a fully functional kitchen with induction cooktop, granite countertops, many appliances , cookware and full size fridge as advertised. Not sure why one would not want to cook in it.
This is our second time staying at this property, and we were just as thrilled with it as we were last year. It's a small space, not one that would work for big groups to hang out--but for the two of us, it couldn't have been better. Impeccably clean & comfortable, with terrific use of storage.
The location is fantastic as well. It's just a block away from Commercial Street, so very accessible to all there is to do there; and that block is just far enough so that the nights are quiet.
We'll be looking to stay here again for our next Provincetown trip!
Great location on Bradford Street; super easy to get around, nice set-up with lots of storage, pleasant bathroom and surprisingly comfy Murphy bed. Gerard was a super pleasure to deal with -- always patient and helpful. Thanks!
This property is small, about the size of a studio apartment, but it didn't feel like it! The space is used SO well, with a ton of storage and a Murphy bed that's surprisingly comfortable. And it's beautifully decorated to boot.
As it's fairly small, don't expect to have much privacy from whoever's staying with you. But for my husband & me, this was perfect, and we'd 100% stay again next time we come to Provincetown.
Overall, the property was really lovely, clean, extremely convenient to the center of town, and all things we were interested in during Carnaval week.
Would highly recommend this location and this lodging. The one downside is that there were only two bath towels provided for our stay that lasted a week. Otherwise, excellent vacation accommodations! Thank you Gerard 💜
Amazing location, unbelievably well appointed, immaculate. This place surpassed our expectations in every way. Everything is well organized, well stocked, and welcoming! Easy and convenient access with automated keyless keypad lock and superb hosts that left us a bottle of wine, personalized greeting and welcome guide as to where to find things easily. Bed was super comfortable with duvet. All surfaces sanitized and hand sanitizers, disinfectant soaps and cleaners available for our use, great relief in time of COVID! Already booked return stay in July!!

It was a pleasure hosting you both and we are very happy you enjoyed the property. We look forward to hosting you again this summer!
Location, location, location! Super conveniently located to central Ptown and the supermarket down the street. We didn’t even need to rent bikes. Small studio but very efficient use of space (e.g., Murphy bed) and quaint porch with chairs to watch the passersby. Owner Gerard is great - very accommodating and communicative. Lower level unit so we were at the mercy of the upstairs tenants/renters, who were a herd of mini gay elephants. But all good - we didn’t spend much time at the place since Ptown is so awesome! Thanks for a great week - hope to stay again.
We visit Provincetown almost yearly. We've stayed in a lot of places near and within Provincetown. This space didn't feel comfortable for us. It's just too small. When you pull out the bed, there is virtually no room to walk around it. No couch but two living room chairs that are soiled a bit. Although we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, it didn't feel like something that we felt we could relax in. The owners have tried to maximize the space and by the photos, it looks a little more spacious but it is not.
We shared a wall with neighbors and there were people above so there is noise at times. No real private space as the porch is shared too.

I value feedback but this sounds like remorse. You rented a studio (properly advertised as such in the property details 260sqft) with pictures that depict the set up (no couch) It sounds like you wanted a private secluded home for privacy in the center of the historic district which for Carnival week would have cost 5 times as much as you paid. Seems unfair to be judged on your failure to plan appropriately. Also, let's call the missing towels a parting gift and the house rule violations pertaining to your bikes on the porch a misunderstanding.
We really enjoyed our stay. The property is the perfect size for two people. The location is great close to coffee in the morning and easy access to everything on Commercial St. The property has a large covered porch that is a wonderful place for a morning cup of coffee or watching rain if it happens to storm while you're staying there.
The title says it all. We really enjoy our time here as first comers to p’town for carnival. Patio seating overlooking the lively intersection felt like we had a lot more livable space. The nautical decorand blue theme carries throughout the unit and it’s remarkably well done. Host was easy to reach and we had everything we needed for a week lng vacation.
Gerard's property for perfect for me as a single traveler. The right amount of space, which was incredibly optimized. The location is close to the action on Commercial Street (but far enough away to avoid the noise), the grocery, and bike rentals.
