Nice clean house in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to walmart to stock the fridge or very central location if you would rather eat out. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for my family.

The property manager was very receptive to all issues we encountered. Although we were unable to stay at the home the property manager stated he will issue a refund and he was great to work with and was pleasant.

Perfect location but not luxurious.

You get what you pay for. The location is right across from a Ft. Campbell gate. The smart key was acting up and the host got us in within 10 minutes of our contacting him. There are a few inexpensive things they could add to make it better. Alarm clocks, clock in the living room, non decorative pillows for the beds, towel bars in the bathrooms. It just seemed like the people furnishing never stayed the night there to realize what is missing. The twin beds were comfortable for the children. The queen beds were not the best but not the worst either.

A Disappointment

Although the property manager attempted to address my concerns, I was still dissatisfied. The cleanliness of the property was disturbing. The bed linens had hair on them from previous guests, even the replacement linens were soiled. Cobwebs were in the master bath ceiling and the bathroom mat was dirty. Food was left by previous occupants. Early in the morning after I checked in, someone came to the property, cut the grass and woke up my family and me. This was not the best experience.

We had to last minute hire a new cleaner and have since counseled and handled the areas of cleanliness that we addressed with you. The same with the lawn guy. It’s unfortunate that all of the things that never happen with us happened which your stay, which is why we issued a refund for the cleanliness. These challenges will never happen again. Great Little Getaway

My family visited this location and the house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and offered many great amenities. The beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own smart TV as well as the living room. The house had good Wi-Fi and offered streaming services, which was wonderful. It also had a very nice fenced in back yard. The short comings were, the kitchen was lacking in essentials such as hot pads, pizza cutter, measuring cups and spoons, dish rags and towels, etc. There was a Keurig, but I never could get it to work. There was a very small charcoal grill, but no grill utensils. The master bedroom had no end tables at all, which was annoying. There's a very nice deck, but no furniture on it. (There were two bag chairs you could take out, but not comfortable and not enough for a family.) There are no clocks at all in the house, so I was constantly looking at my phone for the time. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms, only paper towels, which I didn't like. The location was easy to find and convenient. It seemed to be in a lower income location, but I didn't feel unsafe. Short comings aside, I would highly recommend this home. We had no major issues and had a lovely stay.

Great House for Family

House just as pictured. Everything there that we needed. Close to Walmart. Way better than staying in hotels. Everyone had their own room. Good communication with the owner. Great price for the house. Will definately stay again!!

A nice little house, perfect for what we needed. Close to everything. Damon was very good about communication, should we need anything. Beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was perfect for taking a walk. I would definitely stay there again!
