Really nice small cabin. Perfect for a family of 4 or less. Nice location is centralized to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. If traveling during winter months, i would advise bringing or ensuring you have a snow shovel. We got stuck on the slope due to ice and snow for about 24 hours. Roads were unusable.
Cute little cabin. Perfect for the size of 2! Great view and easy to get too. We had a good stay. I only gave 3 stars though because of the non-cleanliness and being outdated. The bottom floor/bedroom carpet needs to be pulled up and replaced. There were stains all over it which caused a weird smell, and caused it to be sticky. We weren’t able to walk around without shoes downstairs. The jacuzzi tub jets weren't cleaned properly. A lot of gunk came out of them when turned on. The downstairs shower curtain liner had mold all over it. And lastly, the bed needs to be replaced. It’s an old spring mattress which we didn’t mind too much… but the bed frame was placed on top of bricks and paint cans to be held up. We still had a nice stay, and would really enjoy coming back to this place if it was to be updated a little!
The property is close to Pigeon Forge. The only issues we had is that it was dirty, it needs to be deep clean. There was a terrible noise from AC every time; It woke us up all the time (by the laundry closet). The jacuzzi did not work (some of the jets work ans the lights dont work) also it smell so strong with clorox that we couldn't get in. We had to drain the water out and handyman came to help out. We called the office. The carpet in the room is so dirty and has so many stains that we didn't walked barefoot since we knew it was nasty. The beds are not that comfortable. We stayed there for a week and our backs can tell we needed a better beds. Not enough pots and pans onsite.
The pool is really far away from property. It was a nice pool and a good atmosphere. They sell food and drinks on site. We bought sunblock lotion. You can not bring outside drinks or food into fenced area.
The view is amazing and we had the best experience because a black bear came to the backyard. Be aware if you have dogs. Bears come at any time. The bear came through the back woods at 11am. Amazing experience. It's very quite and the neighbors in the back are amazing. Overall was ok. The view and the bear made this cabin have 3stars.
A nice 2-story cabin with balconies on each floor facing west and into the Wears Valley. Ideal location away from the crowds. Easy drive into the Smoky Mountain National Park.
Cozy cabin with great views! Perfect cabin for my small family getaway and I loved that it was pet friendly! Be super, extra careful of the front steps when they’re wet. We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!
The property we stayed needed a thorough cleaning and updating. They still had a VCR player in the cabin. The mattress needed replaced as it was an old spring mattress and very uncomfortable. We had to remove the mattress cover because it was dry rotted and stained. I had to buy fresh blankets to use for our stay and the ones there were dirty and smelled. The whole cabin needed updated and a thorough cleaning. Spiders and spider webs in the bathroom. I really should of asked for a refund and stayed at another place but due to location and timing of stay, reservations were booked everywhere.
