Everything. The cabin was neat, tidy, and cozy perfect for my little family of 6. We will definitely be booking again in the future. Barb was amazing always responded when I text and very polite.
Our family had a great time at the cabin. It was clean, had a view, nice large balcony to hang out on, and the hot tub was up and running when we arrived. The property manager reached out and was very willing to accommodate us if needed. I would recommend staying here.
property was as described, mice mountain cabin on top of mountain, we enjoyed our week very much, host was extremely helpful and friendly, would and already recommending this cabin with friends and family.. we are coming back and this will be our 1st choice..we stayed for 1 week..minutes away from Pigeon Forge
The house was nice and we enjoyed the stay, but, there were issues that we believe are fault of the cleaning service ( sheets were dirty, not enough towels, bathrooms weren’t cleaned properly). Also, the steps and porch are in desperate need of repairs; our son’s foot went through the porch as soon as we got there. With repairs and a new cleaning company, we would stay again.
I cannot say enough good about our stay here. We loved every single minute of our stay. We had visits by bears, which was a highlight. The kitchen is stocked. Comfy beds. Awesome tree house like deck. Barb the manager is outstanding and cared about our stay from the minute we booked. Dont pass this cabin up !
Cabin was clean and well kept. It was mostly private with a short drive to get to it. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend 10/10 times.
The cabin was very beautiful. We felt like the couch and sleeper sofa had seen better days and that really messed up with the sleeping arrangements. We also experienced spider bites in the upstairs king bed and it didn't seem like our sheets had been changed before we arrived. We found receipts on the floor and just felt like it hadn't been cleaned very well. The volume on the tv didn't work and the front of the stove fell off. We also didn't have many towels. Some of these minor updates could really make this a wonderful place. We still enjoyed the stay and the owners were wonderful.

Liked: Check-in, communication, location
Disliked: Cleanliness
The cabin itself was good. The property manager had great communication, however the cleanliness was not what I was expecting. Hopefully it was just an oversight.
We brought the grandkids fir a Smoky Mountain vacation. Nice area, very cute cabin. We had a great time. Recommendations: It is a vacation rentalupgrade the sheets and very thin towels. Very disappointing. The sheets would not stay on the matress. As vacation spot you expect comfort.
