A charming stone house nestled in the rolling countryside of the Jullouville hinterland, 3 km from the sea in a lush, peaceful setting. The house features a living room with a fireplace and wood-burning stove, a fully equipped kitchen, two adjoining bedrooms, and a shower room. You can enjoy its large, pleasant garden with lovely trees in the peaceful countryside.

Pellet stove in the living room (pellets are provided). TV via digital terrestrial antenna. Wi-Fi. Refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. Two adjoining bedrooms with a 160-cm double bed. Linens (sheets and towels) provided. 1,000-m² tree-lined garden with patio furniture and a barbecue. Parking.

The bathrooms are located on the ground floor. There is one step between the living room and the kitchen. The staircase leading to the two bedrooms upstairs may be difficult to access for people with limited mobility (there is no ramp along its entire length).

Baby equipment is available upon request.
