A Coastal Farmhouse Style Home- 10 minutes from Downtown Saratoga Springs

Coastal Farmhouse style home in a new construction neighborhood. Sleeps 8: 4 bedroom colonial with two queen and two full size beds. 2.5 bath. Located on the west side of Saratoga Springs, NY. Sits on a 0.51 acre lot. Full amenities including a gas grill, gas fireplace, a large deck, central air and a fire pit with Adirondack chairs. From May-September, you can rent for the week or on the weekends with a nightly rate, and you must sign a short term vacation rental contract. There is also an additional cleaning fee. No pets, no smoking and no big parties. Minimum stay is 1 night. All 4 bedrooms have been supplied with Hunter Douglas window blinds. There is FREE parking at Saratoga Casino and Raceway -Harness Track and from there, you can take a shuttle to the Saratoga Race track- runs daily. House is supplied with CORNHOLE, LADDER BALL and KAN JAM YARD GAMES!

Great farmhouse

The house was very clean and seemed brand new. The host, Jen, was super communicative and friendly. The fire pit was the highlight of our stay! Great place for a big group to hang out.

Great house and host

The house was very clean and a great place to stay. Great location and very easy to get to downtown Saratoga and the track as well. Easy communication with host. Anyone looking to stay near Saratoga should want to stay at this house. Would be great for a weekend with friends and/or family.

Within 15 mins of race track

The house was located in a brand new neighborhood and was spotless inside. The owner left toiletries in bathrooms and small buckets of snacks and water bottles throughout. The house was spacious enough to accommodate 8 adults. Also large deck and backyard provided ample space for gatherings. We would consider staying here again for one of our track weekends.

Nice stay in Ballston Spa

House is in a new development near the Saratoga airport and convenient to all of the area attraction with a short drive. House is brand new and super clean with room for multiple adults or two families. Outdoor deck and fire pit are nice.

Great spacious home for a stay near Saratoga Springs

We came for a family weekend in Saratoga Springs. It was perfect for grilling and eating on the patio, and there are plenty of places to lounge and sleep. There are lots of amenities that make it feel as comfortable as home, and it’s only a 15 min drive from downtown Saratoga Springs.
