The location its tricky to get, but its worth it. Very nice house, very complete and its an experience itself just to stay there. Totally recommendable

Quelques réserves

Oui, la vue est superbe et la maison est conforme à la description. Mais l’accès n’est pas facile (vous aimez les marche arrière en rue très étroite ?), et le bruit la nuit (chiens, disputes et musique) était parfois pénible. Nous n’avons eu qu’un jeu de draps et de serviettes, alors que 2 ont été payés. Impossible aussi d’ouvrir les volets de la grande chambre.

das alte Steinhaus hat ein tolles Ambiente und ist mit hochwertigen Möbeln eingerichtet technisch auf einem guten Stand, WLAN, Spülmaschine, Steckdosen mit Adaptern das Highlight für uns war der Blick: von Capri über Ischia bis über den kompletten Golf von Neapel inkl. Vesuv Garten toll bepflanzt mit einem riesigen Eßtisch, Hollywoodschaukel und kleinem Freisitz vor der Haustür

Turm mit schöner Aussicht, aber auch Mängeln

Anfahrt für ungeübte Nicht-Italiener herausfordernd. Küchenausstattung mangelhaft (nur 3 Tassen, Spülmaschine schlecht gewartet, Kaffeemaschine defekt, Abfluss verstopft,…). Mitarbeiter der örtlichen Agentur ausgesprochen hilfsbereit!

Außergewöhnliches Ferienhaus

Die Aussicht von dem Torre auf Capri, Ischia, Neapel und den Vesuv ist wirklich atemberaubend. Der Garten ist toll und schattig. In dem Turm hat man das Gefühl, in einer Burg zu wohnen. Sehr dicke Wände und entsprechend runtergekühlt. Könnte im Winterhalbjahr etwas ungemütlich werden. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll. 2 Minuspunkte: Entgegen der Internetanzeige gibt es kein W-LAN und der Ofen war während unseres Aufenthalts kaputt. Daher insgesamt nur ein gut, trotz toller Eigenschaften.

Urlaub an der Amalfi Küste

Das Haus ist teilweise renoviert, aber nicht als Ferienhaus eingerichtet. Sehr knapp im Küchenporzellan, teilweise nicht gut gereinigt. Die Zufahrt mit einem großen Kombi ist nicht möglich, wegen Durchfahrtsbeschränkung anfangs Breite 1,80 dann den Rest 1.70m. Für unsichere Autofahrer unmöglich.

Superbe villa avec magnifique vue sur la baie de Naples

Villa très propre et très agréable. Vue magnifique sur Capri et la baie de Naples. Le jardin terrasse est très agréable. Il sert aussi de parking, ce qui est très utile dans ce village aux ruelles très étroites et avec très peu de places de parking. L'accès à l'agence est facile avec un parking public à proximité. Par contre, il vaut mieux arriver en milieu d'après-midi car le soir, il est très difficile de trouver une place de parking. Le monsieur de l'agence qui nous a accueillis a été très sympathique et nous a donner pleins de bons conseils pour visiter la baie de Naples.

Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist problematischer als beschrieben. Das Haus insgesamt ist feucht. Das angekündigte WIFI ist ein mobiler HotSpot mit unzureichender Kapazität. Haus und Garten sind durch einen Weg voneinander getrennt. Gartenmobiliar sehr spartanisch aber zahlreich. Der Blick vom Haus entschädigt, sehr spektakulär. Alles in allem aber nicht empfehlenswert, da zu viele Abstriche erforderlich.
