This large chalet of 80m² offers a spacious and comfortable setting, perfect for a family stay or with friends.It includes 3 bedrooms and a large terrace with an unobstructed view of the neighboring valleys, ideal for relaxing in complete tranquility.Located near all amenities and the Super-Besse station, this chalet combines comfort, practicality, and the ideal location to fully enjoy mountain activities.The key reception and return is done at our Saint-Nectaire office independently with our connected key box.Options that must be requested during booking:(ATTENTION, our laundry kits are biodegradable and disposable)- Laundry kit including:* large bed: Fitted sheet + 1 duvet cover + 2 pillowcases (30€)* small bed: Small flat sheet + 1 duvet cover + 1 pillowcase ($15)Towel at 5 euros each (55*120), at the end of the stay, bring them back home with you!End-of-stay cleaning mandatory.A mandatory deposit of €800 (not cashed) will be requested (check or bank imprint).The key handover (arrival and departure) takes place at the Saint-Nectaire agency.Animals are accepted for an amount of 30€ per animal and per stay (up to 2)
