Newly renovated home / PRIVATE, NOT SHARED POOL, 6 min. WALK TO BEACH

This newly renovated ground-level duplex offers three bedrooms (two king rooms and one twin room with two twin beds). Just outside your living room lies the full-sized private heated pool with beach entry (deal for young children), waterfall, and swim-up Tiki Hut, outdoor shower, and tropical landscaping. The backyard pool area is surrounded by 6 ft privacy fencing. The home offers a spacious (1500sf) open floor plan living-dining-kitchen area with high cathedral ceilings. Ceiling fans and flat screen TVs are located in all bedrooms and the living room. We provide YouTube streaming, phone, and high-speed WIFI. Beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, lounge chairs, gas grill, and patio table are also provided for your use. Sliding glass doors off of the living room provide easy access and viewing of the pool area (perfect for keeping an eye on the kids). There are two security cameras on the property, one located at the front door, street-facing, and one on the front of the home, also street-facing.
The cottage is a few minutes walk to multiple restaurants, free island trolley, shopping, and of course, the beach. We promote an extremely clean environment and have done everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We employ a trusted local management company (available 24/7) to assure that all your needs are met, and that your stay at the Coco Cabana meets or exceeds your expectations. Many little extras make this cottage the ideal location for your next visit to the island.

We have stayed at Coco Cabana numerous times and it has always been 5/5 stars. The post hurricanes remodel left nothing to be desired. This place is spacious and beautiful, and the pool is fabulous! It is centrally located in Holmes Beach and will not disappoint. Owners are responsive and wonderful to work with as well as the management agency. We’ve already booked again for next year!

Great Stay at Cocoa Cabana

We really enjoyed our stay at Cocoa Cabana. Everything was very clean. The location was great, the walk to the beach was very easy. We enjoyed The Ugly Grouper and walked there because it was so close. The property manager was very helpful and responsive when I needed help. The pool, and outdoor area was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is safety updates for seniors, grab bars in the bathrooms and taller toilets. These little additions make it easier for seniors to enjoy their stay as well. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

After several visits to Anna Maria Island, and never wanting to leave, we decided to look for a property of our own. We had planned to retire to this home but landed in Sarasota with our two little dogs instead. Our cottage has a long and well-established rental history with VRBO and the local rental agency. We pay close attention to the maintenance and refreshing of the home. We are sure you will be as thrilled with the cottage and pool area as we are. The single-story, open floor plan, pool, patio, and close proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping really set the cottage apart from other listings.

This area was voted as having some of the best beaches in the United States. The beaches are immaculate with clear blue water and white, soft 'sugar' sand. Multiple public beach access points provide an uncongested peaceful experience. Anna Maria Island offers a laid back relaxing atmosphere which brings you back time and time gain. Our cottage is spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated with an excellent private pool package exclusively for your enjoyment. You will not be disappointed with the cottage. Take a 'close look' at other cottage pictures inside and out and you can see why our home is in high demand. We employ a well-established, local management company that is available 24 /7 to meet your needs during your stay.

A quick 6-minute stroll places you on one of America's finest beaches. Shopping, restaurants and free trolley, are within easy walking distance. No huge condo's and fast food restaurants, only mom and pop restaurants which offer a variety of choices for your dining pleasure. You won't have to get in your car after you arrive if you don't want to.
