Great apartment which is very clean, spacious and and well-equipped. We particularly liked the two terraces: the one at the back got the sun in the morning and the one at the front got the sun in the afternoon (it also had great views). It is short, easy walk into St Florent which is an attractive town with good restaurants and bars.

Fabulous Saint Florent!

What an amazing find. Wonderful apartment that the pictures didn't do justice. Great location, peaceful and quiet and yet just five minutes walk to the marina with an amazing selection of restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely apartment 10 minutes walk from the lovely harbour town of St Florent.

Lovely clean well fitted out apartment being one of 4 in a private garden with really lovely pool area. It has its own private garden too with a quality gas bbq and table and chairs. Although very quiet it is about 10 minutes walk along a lane to the harbour where lots of beautiful yachts come to moor and boats can be hired. The town has lots of restaurants and bars a small supermarket and some small shops. Nearby (La Roya beach) is a lovely sandy beach which is shallow for children a bit of shade but take umbrella thoughtfully supplied by Adeline. The other way from the town is a long shingle beach. Hire a car and see the lovely scenery. The owner very thoughtfully left a lovely lunch and a souvenir gift.. Highly recommended.

Dear Jane, Thank you for your comment on our home and our welcome. Our first objective is to receive you in a simple, clean and spacious and with attention. We also thank you for the description of Saint Florent (amenities, good restaurants, nice shops). Moreover its geographical position allows holidaymakers to easily approach other regions of the north of our island including the Cape Corsica (west side) and its wild villages and marines. You mention the two beaches of the same village of Saint -Florent, the Roya (sand) and Olzu (small pebbles) which are very beautiful beaches, easy for families and children. There are also the two white sandy beaches of the Agriate desert (Saleccia and Lodu) located close to Saint Florent and easily accessible by many means (boat taxi, regular boat shuttle from the port, 4x4, sailboat cruise On reservation). The trail that starts from the beach of la Roya offers the possibility of discovering beautiful landscapes that are easy to reach for all children. We greatly appreciate your presence and the care you have given to our home and which are for us an answer on your part to the special attention and the politeness that we want to show to our hosts. Lovely apartment with good facilities. The pool got a little dirty with dirt/dust being blown in and clearly could be seen in the bottom of the pool. We couldn't communicate with the host as she didn't speak English and our French is very limited. Disappointed t

I don't actually speak English but I use translation software for communication. In addition, at home a sign indicates all the instructions in English; so UK residents are welcome. Regarding the swimming pool, I would like to reassure all our customers because it is perfectly maintained by a professional. You should simply know that during Karen's stay an intense episode of muddy rains coming from the Sahara crossed Corsica over several days making it impossible to perfectly clean the swimming pool, but this in no way harmed the quality of the water which is always controlled.

Très bon accueil par le gendre d Adeline. Communication très fluide ! Petites gourmandises à l arrivée très appréciées. La maison, tout confort, est très propre et décorée avec goût. On y trouve tout ce qu il faut. La maison possède une piscine à se partager entre 2 maisons. La ville et le port de Saint Florent se trouve à 10min à pied. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis et recommandons à 100%. Nous avons suggéré à Adeline de prévoir un jeu de boules pour parfaire les séjours.😉Nous envisageons vivement de revenir car la région offre une multitudes de visites et d activités à faire.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in St.Florent

Nach einer langen Anreise wurden wir sehr positiv überascht. Die Résidance Acqua è Terra, eine kleine sehr helle und saubere Villa, die uns trotz Müdigkeit ein beites Lächeln in Gesicht gezaubert hat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und entspricht eher eigenen Wohnung als einem Feriendomizil. Ein Gasgrill gehört ebenso dazu. Mit unseren Gastgeberin konnten wir jeder Zeit über e-Mail und Google-Translator kontakt aufnehmen, sie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Diese Villa hat eine Veranda auf der man morgens sehr entspannt mit schönen Ausblick frühstücken kann. Hinter der Villa ist eine zweite Veranda wo man abends ganz ungestört grillen kann. Zur Erwähnen ist noch der sehr gepflegte Salzwasserpool, wo man nach einem anstrengenden Tag einen entspannten Abschluss findet. Die Villa ist in einer Entferung eines kleinen Spaziergangs zur Altstadt, wo man morgens Baquettes und sonstige Kleinigkeiten zum Frühstück holen und abens super aber nicht unbedingt billig essen gehen kann. Innerhalb von fünf Autominuen ist man auf einem flachabfallenden Sandstrand, dieser ist auch kinderfreundlich! Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und können es bedenkenlos weiter empfehlen.

Appartement soigné, très bien agencé et très bien équipé. 2 belles terrasses : une avec belle vue, l’autre avec barbecue. Hôte très à l’écoute et efficace. Si on repasse dans la région, nous retournerons.

Agréable villa où rien ne manque en terme d'équipements ! La propriétaire des lieux est au petit soin, encore merci pour l'accueil qui nous a été fait. Vacances en famille dans ce très bel appartement. Localisation dans le village idéale, très proche du centre mais à l'abri de l'agitation. Vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes et la campagne. Propreté irréprochable. Maison parfaitement équipée, propriétaires charmants et très disponibles. Piscine très agréable. Région splendide, promenades à pied, plages magnifiques. Il est vrai que la région de St Florent est particulièrement agréable; le village en lui-même, son port de plaisance, l'arrière pays sont autant d' atouts indiscutables pour passer de bonnes vacances. De plus géographiquement Saint -Florent est idéalement placé car au centre d'autres micro-régions telle le cap corse côté occidental prisé pour ses villages et ses marines sauvages. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez aussi aimé notre maison, son confort et sa situation dans un secteur calme. Sehr, sehr schöne, top saubere und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung!

Die Bilder im Internet geben das Apartment gut wieder. Alles top gepflegt, mit schönem Pool. Auch die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. In 5 bis 10 Minuten ierreicht man zu Fuß das Zentrum.

Superbe accueil, on se sent comme à la maison... en mieux!

Notre arrivée fût couronnée de petites attentions qui nous ont beaucoup touchés. Notre hôtesse a même pensé aux enfants. Elle a tout fait pour nous rendre la vie agréable, soucieuse de notre confort et très disponible. Que dire de la maison, sinon bien équipée, confortable, adorable, la piscine, sécurisée est vraiment top. On était à quelques de la ville mais en même très au calme. Un havre de paix. Saint Florent est un petit village très agréable à vivre. Petit bémol sur certains restaurants attrape-touriste... comme partout.. et la plage de Saleccia que nous n’avons pas faite car les prix sont carrément du vol pour y aller.. En tout cas,superbe séjour à refaire probablement, dans cette maison c’est sûr! Encore merci à notre hôtesse et toutes nos amitiés.
