In the warmer months, enjoy the exclusive use of your own private clay tennis court, private in ground pool (open June-mid September)with a screened in gazebo/deck area, large wrap-around deck with fire-pit and dining table. Take a short drive to enchanting Silver Lake for all your summer fun. King Pine Ski is 6.4 miles away offering skiing, tubing, snowboarding and ice skating! North Conway is only 15 minutes away, and boasts terrific restaurants, shopping, breweries, and both summer and winter activities! At this home, you will be close to many White Mountain region attractions, while still enjoying the serenity of a quiet country setting.

The perfect summer respite! The pool, the tennis court, the deck, the grill — we never had to leave the house! The grounds are beautiful, so green and lush with native plants. Best of all, the pool area, tennis court and deck are all fenced or gated in so we were able to take our dog off leash in those areas without worry.

Beautiful dog friendly property! We really enjoyed our stay here. Secluded enough that we didn't see our neighbors when relaxing by the pool or on the deck, but still close enough to shopping areas, grocery stores and fun attractions. Host was very responsive and helpful, all directions were very clear and easy to follow. Some areas were not as clean as we expected on check-in, bathrooms and floor mostly. But other than that, the house was in great shape and well stocked for our needs. Thank you for having us - we would absolutely book again!

The property was in a wonderful spot with amazing views. The house is a great location for a family getaway. The house is well stock for all your needs. The property is pet friendly and they have items for your pets like a dog bed for them, The host is very friendly and easy to work with. We had a great stay.

Great stay in a quiet oasis

Had a great stay here close to all the things to do in the white mountains. Got to spend a day on a nearby lake and enjoy the pool and tennis court on site.

Great home on a beautiful property in a terrific location. The house had plenty of room for five people. Our family thorougly enjoyed our stay and the communication with Lars was timely. Unfortunately the pool heater was not working so we couldn't swim but the tennis court was a hit! I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Our stay was comfy, plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house is in a great location, close to Conway and the Kancamangus. We enjoyed a local brewery and shopping on rainy days and the teens loved the tennis court, kayaking the Saco and using the pool.

Beautiful vacation spot! Great deck for morning coffee and dinner. Great pool area for cooling off and hanging out. Very comfortable beds. Very responsive host. (We didn't need much, just had a question about the pool)

Madison, NH vacation

We really enjoyed our NH getaway. The property was the perfect distance from town, easy enough to access, but perfectly quiet. The sunsets were great from the deck. Communication with the host was prompt and thorough.

The setting is relaxing and quite. We enjoyed the fire pit on the deck. The seating was more than adequate. The pool was wonderful, this is where the four stars come into play, the biggest problem with the pool are the bees. That was a bit annoying. I was way impressed with everything that's provided, well stocked. We had a wonderful vacation.

As beautiful as the photos

The drive up to this property is so beautiful. Arriving at the property is even moreso! The grounds are beautifully maintained, the amenities like the pool and tennis court really enhanced our stay and made our home time just as fun as our day trips. The house was spotless, super efficient in cooking and heating, and had absolutely anything you possibly forgot. The hosts here really want you to enjoy your stay and it shows. Excellent rental and host!

Great Mountain Getaway

Great vacation in Madison. Big, beautiful, well appointed home . The weather during the week wasn’t the greatest, but having the heated pool was a great option . House is close to North Conway but just far enough off the beaten path to enjoy the beauty and quiet of the White Mountains . Definitely planning a return trip in 2024 !!!

WOW! What a great property!

What a gem this property is! We’ve been renting in this area for years. We found this property absolutely perfect. It has so much to offer and it’s so close to North Conway. Dealing with Faith and Joe was so easy and seamless. . We hope to rent again soon.

Exceptional house, great stay!

Everything from checking to checkout was great! The house is well equipped with kitchen appliances, the rooms were clean and tidy. We loved the privacy of the area, the recreation room and overall the entire place. It was easy to communicate with the owner, they were always available to answer questions. We would definitely come back to this house!
