I’ve been coming to this area of New Hampshire since I was young, and it has always felt like our home away from home. In 2016, my parents were fortunate enough to purchase this property with the dream of making even more special memories together—and now, we’re excited to share it with you so you can create lasting memories of your own.
What makes this place so special is that it can be enjoyed year-round. In the summer, the nearby water is perfect for floating and relaxing. In the fall and spring, the crisp air and endless trails make hiking and exploring the outdoors unforgettable. And in the winter, we love hitting the slopes to ski and snowboard. No matter the season, this truly is a wonderful place to escape to.

What makes this property unique
While the entire property is beautiful, two of my favorite highlights of this home are the cozy fireplace and the oversized TV with a sound system that’s perfect for movie nights or watching your favorite sporting events. Additionally, the 1,000-square-foot deck is an incredible space to relax—whether it’s spending the day in the fresh air, gathering with friends in the evening, or simply enjoying good company with a cold drink in hand.
