**Please note as of September 2025 the bunk beds are not in the property. We will rebuild them in the off season 25/26. In the interim there is a cozy sitting area and a double tall self inflating air mattress to sleep everyone comfortably. **The condo is designed to comfortably sleep a family of 4 without the larger property price tag. This is also as close as you can get to oceanfront without that added expense as well.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the condo that is specifically maintained as a vacation unit. There's a public beach access across the street and a private pool shared by condo HOA.

Getting Around:
We walk almost everyday. The boardwalk and restaurants are a quick stroll down the beach. AMAZING!

Other Things to Note:
The beach access is right across the street less than 1 block. Lots of dining, activity, and bars within a couple of minutes walk.

We provide top class hospitality for you. Should you need anything myself or your co-host can be reached through the App, text, or call at anytime before or during your stay.
