Enjoy the spectacular views while relaxing and sipping on your favorite drink! Island Vibes Villa A17 is a corner unit located on the top floor with three balconies!! One of them overlooks the fountain in the serene lagoon surrounding the complex.
The spacious condo is located within Xanadu Villas, a private, gated community located just steps away from the beach. After many visits to Hilton Head Island, it is important to us that all of our guests are provided with everything they could need for a day at the beach, including a wagon, chairs, beach towels, a soft cooler bag, a sun umbrella, a Bluetooth speaker, and sand toys. If you are staying during the colder months, there are games, popcorn, and smart TVs for entertainment. There is even enhanced Wi-Fi to accommodate all the smart phones, tablets, game systems, etc.
The kitchen includes a drip coffee pot and Keurig, a toaster, and a blender. There are plates, bowls, utensils, coffee mugs, glasses, and wine glasses. Although the kitchen is fully stocked, if you prefer to go out and explore HHI for dinner, you are in close proximity to restaurants and shops in Coligny Plaza. A grocery store, the Tiki Hut, Frosty Frog Cafe, and Pool Bar Jim's are all within walking distance!
The bathrooms have recently been remodeled with spacious walk-in showers. The villa has been updated with all new living room and dining room furniture, bedding and decor throughout. The queen size sleeper sofa is brand new and has a comfortable mattress. There are flat screen TVs located in the bedrooms and the living room. For families traveling with little ones, a baby Pack ’n Play and stroller are available to make your stay more convenient.
There is a community pool, a grilling area, an ample-sized parking lot, bike racks, and tennis courts. An elevator is located in the building, and coin-operated laundry rooms are found on each floor.
We personally manage the villa, ensuring top-notch hospitality. We also own four other condos, (2) one bedroom and (2) two bedrooms, in complexes close by.
Unfortunately, guests are not permitted to have pets at Xanadu Villas.

My husband, Jim, and I live primarily in PA, but also have a winter home in Latitude Margaritaville which is about 20 miles from HHI. We enjoy our time on the island so much that we purchased our condo in February of 2025. We want our family, friends, and guests to enjoy our condo, enjoy our community, enjoy the beach, enjoy Hilton Head Island, and enjoy life as much as we do!

We love the South Forest Beach area for the proximity to everything! We especially like Xanadu Villas for the convenient location to the beach and the stunning views from the three balconies.
What makes this property unique
Our condo is an escape for us, and we want it to be an escape for our guests as well! We purchased a 3 bedroom condo in order to accommodate larger families and groups of friends. We are managing the property ourselves because we want to provide the best experience for our guests by providing the extra "little things" to make our guests feel at home. We try to include the things that add a personal touch like popcorn, chips, cookies, crackers, koozies, a beach cart, chairs, and beach towels.
