Architect's house next to the beach, Villa YANG is equipped with all modern comforts: each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bathroom (with toilet) and a Queensize bed you will enjoy a comfortable and spacious living room, with a large connected TV flat screen (Netflix possible), southern exposure, design decoration, nature and wood, free parking and wifi, Nespresso) this atypical contemporary villa offers a change of scenery and tranquility... and private access to the Bay of Quiberon!

The capacity is 8 people (children and babies included).

Far from the road, the environment of this designer villa is quiet, residential and wooded.

Departing from the Villa, the preserved site of the Quiberon peninsula, with its magnificent nature and its mythical body of water, is available to you whatever the season: the isthmus of Penthièvre and its endless beaches, the small port of Portivy with its mythical sunsets and its good restaurants, the wild coast, the Arche Port Blanc etc.

La maison est top ! Lumineuse facile à vivre et idéalement située. Partir entre amis ou intergénérationnel lorsque chacun a sa chambre et sa salle de bain facilite grandement la bonne humeur du groupe. L’extérieur est super silencieux et sécurisé pour notre gros poilu. Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et disponibles. Nous avons adoré ces vacances et nous reviendrons Peut être prévoir un ou deux transats de plus

Lovely Villa in Kerhostin

De la préparation du voyage avec toutes les informations nécessaires jusqu'au départ, nous avons eu une excellente communication avec Caroline et Philippe. L'accueil le jour de l'arrivée était très chaleureux ; les explications sur la maison et les environs étaient détaillées et très bonnes. La maison est très belle ( neuve ) et bien équipée. Nous y avons passé de merveilleuses vacances en famille et nous y retournerions sans hésiter. Nous pouvons recommander sans réserve la maison et les propriétaires.

Magnifique Maison spacieuse et moderne les pieds dans l’eau !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à la villa Yang. La maison est très spacieuse et confortable. Le jardin et la terrasse aménagé ainsi que la mer à 3 minutes sont un vrai « plus ». Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Caroline et Philippe.

Un séjour idéal !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette maison chaleureuse, et bien entendu elles sont passées trop vite ! Nous avons adoré la proximité avec des criques désertes ou les plages de sable un peu plus fréquentées mais toujours agréables. Le marché du mardi, la boulangerie du matin ou le petit supermarché à 5' en voiture sont tellement pratiques pour ne pas perdre de temps à faire les courses ! Et les restaurants de Portivy sont parfaits pour des soirées en profitant du coucher du soleil. La maison est grande, agréable et le jardin clôturé permet d'être tranquille pour les enfants en bas âge ou les animaux de compagnie. Nous avons adoré la décoration et les petits déjeuners sur la grande terrasse ou les siestes à l'ombre de l'olivier nous manquent déjà ! Nos hôtes furent parfaits pour leur réponse quasi immédiate à nos questions et pour toutes les informations données sur les environs. Nous reviendrons c'est une certitude ! Un robot de cuisine serait idéal pour qui cuisine un peu ! Sinon ne changez rien.

Exzellente Lage

Perfekte Lage. Sehr ruhig gelegen nahe zu kleinen nicht überlaufenen Stränden (5 Minuten) auf der ruhigen Seite der Halbinsel. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß auf der nördlichen Seite mit schönen Wellen. Bäcker in 300 m, Supermarkt in 2,5 km. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht inklusive eines schönen Garten. Betreuung durch Catherine und Philippe exzellent.
