Bright house, completely renovated, 4 bedrooms, ❤ in the Gulf of Morbihan

We’ve just finished renovating our 1950s holiday home right in the centre of Baden (Gulf of Morbihan). It’s fully equipped like a primary residence. It’s very bright thanks to its excellent exposure, making it a pleasant place to stay in any weather! It has the advantage of being in the town centre while still being in a quiet setting.<br>It’s ideal for enjoying quality time with family or friends.<br><br>Amenities included: <br>Heating is provided by a heat pump, which combines comfortable temperatures with energy efficiency.<br>The cleaning fee is included in the price of your reservation.<br>We provide tea towels, hand towels, and bath mats. Please bring your own bed linens.<br> A selection of household essentials will be available upon your arrival.<br>There are games, books, and comic books for all ages!<br><br>Sleeping arrangements:<br>•A master suite (160×200 bed) with its own bathroom.<br>•A bedroom with two identical single beds (90×200).<br>•A bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room.<br>•A large children’s bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room.<br>•A small nursery (cot) with a changing table. A safety gate, a high chair, and baby dishes are available for your use.<br><br>There is a large living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen.<br>A large picture window opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace (with a large dining table and lounge chairs) and a 400m² garden.<br><br>The village centre and all shops are within walking distance.<br>Carrefour Market, bakery, tobacco shop/newsstand/bar, pharmacy, florist.<br>There are several shops selling local products, a local market every Friday, and a crêperie!<br>You can enjoy seafood straight from the producer with your feet in the water.<br><br>The Gulf beaches and coastal trails are less than 5 kilometres away. <br>Water sports club in Port Blanc (Baden): lessons and rentals available for windsurfing, boats, catamarans, etc.<br>The 18-hole Blue Green Golf Course with ocean views is 1.3 km from the house.<br><br>Near Baden, you can visit Vannes and its historic centre, the charming port of Saint Goustan, and the expansive beaches of Carnac, La Trinité-sur-Mer, and more...<br><br>Feel free to contact us if you’d like more information! 😊
