Sunny, gorgeous contemporary home, close to downtown Ketchum.
This gorgeous home is perfect for those craving more privacy as it is nestled in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with other beautiful homes. It's perfectly located; 5 minute drive (or 15 min walk) to downtown Ketchum where you can shop, grab groceries or dine in one of the many fine restaurants. We are close enough for a leisurely stroll to Warm Springs Creek, and are in between Warm Springs Lodge and River Run Lodge. In the winter, it's a 5 min walk to Warm Springs Road to catch the bus to either of the ski lodges.
The house offers a contemporary design with all new furnishings, beautiful custom plaster walls and stone flooring , luxury linens and other comforts and amenities.
Upstairs:
A stunning great room with 20 foot ceilings and windows galore! A fully equipped kitchen with every appliance you could possibly need that is open to the living and dining room. There is a cozy fireplace, a centrally located TV and a dining table that seats 8. The living and dining room look out onto a lovely rooftop patio. Walk down the hall from the great room to the powder room / washer and dryer on your right. At the end of the hall is the luxurious master suite and master bath with TV.
Downstairs:
Down the hall from the front door are two adjoining guest bedrooms that have the option of being separated from or open to each other. The main guest bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the side of the house, a small desk and it's own closet with organizers. The adjoining/bonus bedroom has its own closet with organizers. Both There is a full bathroom right next to those two rooms.
Separate private guest suite:
This bedroom has its own private entrance that offers extra privacy for those that desire it. It's a beautifully appointed space with it's own deluxe bathroom and french doors that open on to it's own private patio.
The house offers a lot of privacy in each room and a beautiful area for everyone to come together and relax in the great room, kitchen and outdoor rooftop patio.
This is an extraordinary, comfortable yet gorgeous "Home away from home!"

We are two sisters who grew up coming to Sun Valley on extended vacations in the summers and winters each year. Later on, one sister lived in the area for 4 years and fell in love with the quality of life.
We decided to buy a home together so that we could spend a lot more time here together and separately with our friends and family.

We love the proximity of this property to the entire town. Its close to everything! We especially love the neighborhood. Its a private, quiet, friendly neighborhood that is very sought after.
What makes this property unique
The home is unique in that it has several options for sleeping. The beautiful master, the adjoining rooms and the separate guest suite. . In addition the great room upstairs that opens onto the patio is second to none. Plus we love having the garage!
