It's perfectly located; 5 minute drive (or 15 min walk) to downtown Ketchum where you can shop, grab groceries or dine in one of the many fine restaurants. We are close enough for a leisurely stroll to Warm Springs Creek, and are in between Warm Springs Lodge and River Run Lodge. In the winter, it's a 5 min walk to Warm Springs Road to catch the bus to either of the ski lodges.

Downstairs:
Down the hall from the front door are two adjoining guest bedrooms that have the option of being separated from or open to each other. The main guest bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the side of the house, a small desk and it's own closet with organizers. The adjoining/bonus bedroom has its own closet with organizers. Both There is a full bathroom right next to those two rooms.

Separate private guest suite:
This bedroom has its own private entrance that offers extra privacy for those that desire it. It's a beautifully appointed space with it's own deluxe bathroom and french doors that open on to it's own private patio.

The house offers a lot of privacy in each room and a beautiful area for everyone to come together and relax in the great room, kitchen and outdoor rooftop patio.
