very comfortable

clean, well appointed, recently updated, more kitchen utensils & table service equipment than we could use, large gas grill, large and pleasant back yard with far more seating possibilities than we could use, large flat screen smart TV's, near beach and easy drive to restaurants and shops, most accommodating host, should we travel to New Smyrna Beach in the future with or without more guests, this would be our choice for destination stay
