Had a great 3-day stay and had absolutely no issues. Great house for a larger group of people with a lot to do close by in the area as well as one of the more reasonable price ranges. I have no complaints about my stay or the property!! Owner replies to messages very quickly and seems to be really nice and reasonable.

Our family had a fantastic time at the Getaway. Check in was easy and the host was super responsive and friendly. The location was great—just a few minutes drive to great restaurants and the beach. Overall wonderful experience!

If your standards for cleanliness are high, this place isn’t for you. I don’t think this place had been deep cleaned in years. The carpet upstairs is old and nasty. I normally don’t complain about the little things, but in all my years of renting vacation homes, I’ve never experienced one this dirty. The manager was responsive to my complaints and asked if we wanted to cancel and get our money back but at that point it was 5:00 on a Friday and I had a weekend of events I needed to get to instead of starting a new search for lodging. They should have gotten it properly cleaned before renting it.

We absolutely loved our stay here! This is an older home with a warm, comfortable, home-away-from-home feel. If you’re looking for a brand-new, luxury property, this may not be the place for you. But if you’re looking for comfort, a fantastic location, and everything you need for a relaxing vacation, it’s perfect.The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, the beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning kept the house nice and cool. There were plenty of great places to walk our dog, which was a huge bonus. The pool was also a wonderful place for the kids to unwind after a day at the beach.Kim, the property manager, was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to enjoy the area

House was neat and clean. Kitchen as well neat, clean. The pool very cute, tho water temp was cold for some. Great to have tv in multiple rooms. Ample supply of towels and toilet paper.

This was the perfect house for a friend's get together! Plenty of space, wonderfully stocked kitchen, and get easy check in and out. Would love to stay here again!

Awesome place for a family of 10

Everything was perfect. This house fit our needs to a tee. We were less than 5 miles from everything we came to New Smyrna Beach for. The pool was amazing. Recommend 100% and hope to be able to travel back again. We will definitely use this house.
