The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave used beds unmade. Please do not make up the beds.
Place dirty towels on bathroom floors.
Check all windows and doors. Secure the home. Return keys to lock box and jumble the code. Have a nice trip home.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Private beach homes have their fresh water trucked in. Stored in wells under the home. Take Short Showers. Do not leave water running unattended.
Toilets left running unattended for hours may run you out of water. You are provided plenty of water for your stay if normal conservation is followed
We love dogs. Breeds & size must be provided to Mgr. House training is a must. Keep dogs off furni & beds. Remove all poopoo from property & beaches
