Enjoy Rocky Point in total luxury on a beachfront home. This unique property within the beautiful resort of Bella Sirena offers the best of everything. 5 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms, spacious living areas, sweeping views, hot tub in the back lawn overlooking the ocean, you name it.

The two front master suites walk out to the back patio / beach. They come equiped with large flat screen TVs, King size beds and are professionally decorated.

Other bedrooms offer a Queen bed / and a room for the kids (2 full/twin bunks) and a mother-in-law private room off the courtyard. Every room has its own bathroom, own TV.

There is a full featured kitchen with everything you need, a very large patio with lawn, a sundeck in the roof where you can admire the views or soak in the sun.

The is a private Jacuzzi, BBQ and even a private sand area before walking out into the main beach.

Happy!

We stayed at Villa 19 for my bachelor party over the weekend and had a great time. All of my friends enjoyed the accommodations and were impressed with the property, location, and host communication. We slept comfortably. The beach & vendors are a moments walk away and we walked to Banditos about 10 min away for food and drinks. Hotel staff at Bella Sirena were very professional and took resort security very seriously. We just finished our visit in March 2026 just a couple weeks after the Mexico news that scared many away but our entire trip went excellent and without incident! It was business as usual in Rocky point and locals seemed very happy to have us! All 9 of us (all guys) would recommend a stay at this property! (some of us have visited the Puerto Peñasco area 15+ times and this ranks among the best places we’ve ever stayed). Thanks to Boan and team for the great trip!

Awesome beach front property!! We have stayed in several other properties here in Rocky Point and this house is top of the list. Nothing beats being right on the branch and plenty of space for our big group. We would rent here again in a heartbeat. The host Boan was great! The house was clean and comfortable. Worth every penny. Can’t wait to come back.

Great villa

We were 8 professional women staying at one of the ocean front villas of Bella Serena. Very much enjoyed our stay and use of the facilities. The villa was spacious and well equipped, and we spent many hours walking the beach and soaking in the hot tub! Looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful Bella Sirena Stay

My friends and I have stayed at a Bella Sirena casita a few times. Had a wonderful experience at this casita. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and large patio area. Casita was very clean with everything we needed. Close to restaurants and golf. Will happily stay there again. Thank you for a great experience.

Excellent time at this house. I would suggest updating the outdoor furniture and fire pit. Compared to the other homes, this was lacking. Owner was excellent with communication and responded right away to any questions we had. We used the chef and food service he recommended and it was excellent service and food. The chefs were great l Highly recommend. We would go back here again for vacation.

Loved the house and access to the beach. The bed situation was perfect for our three families. Would recommend an upgrade in living room and patio furniture. Not enough seats for a large group of people and couches are run down. Also a few more kitchen items.....crock pot, can opener and more glasses. Loved our stay. Thanks so much for working with us!’

Great stay!

What a wonderful place for the family to stay together. The villa has a great location, right on a beach! 4 full bedrooms and 2 large bank beds in fifth room. Nice outside setting with plenty of beach towels, grill and Jacuzzi. Roof space for gathering. Beautiful resort garden and pool space. All questions solved by owners on a spot with not even a minute of postponement. The only think I would change is skillets for new ones and more cups and plates. Overall 100% worth. Thank you.

Some of our most cherished memories of our children growing up have occurred in Rocky Point. We first stumbled upon this incredible place over 20 years ago. My parents were going to build a house on a lot they had just purchased. We went to rescue them from making a mistake in Mexico and ended up falling in love with Rocky Point. 8 properties later we've made it our quest to share what we have discovered with others. ​

We are not a large corporation to which you are just a number, we endeavor to help each of our guests have an unforgettable experience, a reason to come back again and again. The locations where we have built/chosen our properties are world-class. Warm beaches, courteous staff, top notch security, and guaranteed sunsets that will make you fall in love too!
