This OUTSTANDING CABIN is located ON 5 LOFTED ACRES in a high end, MOUNTIAN ESTATES COMMUNITY between Utah's most prestigious ranch developments of Victory Ranch and Wolff Creek Ranch. A place where HOLLYWOOD STARS HOP A CHOPPER from the airport, passing over us, to get home. For the rest of us, its only 49.325 minutes from the airport and 21.5 stress free minutes to Park City. Its quicker to the slopes than Kimball junction, Midway or Heber..., except without the congested traffic.
AWD MAKES THE LAST MILE a breeze and highly recommended for traveling around Park Cities winter wonderland. Woodland is known as the gateway to the Uinta Mountains. A locals secret for mountain adventures, still to this day. Enjoy Park Cities world class powder, fine dining and entertainment, then retreat to the hills for a respite or simply venture right out the front door of your private mountain cabin. Adventures like snow shoeing, XC skiing, snowmobiling, dog sledding are available from the property or nearby (see Jim for details).
