It is a good place to stay

The house is spacious, comfortable and clean. Safe neighborhood. Has all amenities you would need for a prolonged stay with family. The pool is very nice and clean. I feel like the kitchen and its contents need updating, but that is probably because we were expecting to cook family meals and the utensils were limited. The owner was very responsive to my questions while I stayed there.

Not ready for rentals

So the house is beautiful neighborhood is great there was lil to no hot water most time we got a lukewarm shower downstairs upstairs was always cold no matter how long it ran the water pressure is terrible and you can’t put toilet paper in the toilet after you wipe the want you to put it in lil trash cans they put in all the bathrooms outside of this it would have been a great stay I won’t come back and I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay until those issues are resolved

major towns. 10 min from beautiful Crash Boat Beach, safe area with nice neighbors. All cooking and grilling essentials. Guide book available to help find fun things in area. Gozalandia (San Sebastian) Horse back riding in Playuela., great restaurants.
House is open concept with high ceilings full kitchen, bath, A/C and fans all rooms. Spacious 3 bedrooms with King size bed and Terrace in 1st master bedroom. great space for groups 4-5
VILLA SUNSET 2 Is for group of 6-8, 2nd master bedroom suite on main floor. with private bathroom kitchenette area w/ eating space. total 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
can be used as grandma suite or Mother -in-law suite. Dining room seats 6 as table in pool patio. Pool is Private for registered guest only. Great internet with Netflix free as well as private off street parking for up to 3 cars if party of 6. or 2 cars for group of 4. Washer and dryer is free of charge but bring clothing detergent. no Coal is provided for grill.
bath and pool towels are supplied for guest only. beach chair available. You may see several cows or horses visiting the area. Have a romantic night on upstairs terrace with wine and star gazing. Great outdoor Hammock for early AM coffee. SECURITY CAMARA ON PREMISES FOR YOUR SAFETY AS OURS.
