Royale Palms 1201H Oceanview Studio w/Pool & Beach

Ocean view studio unit on the 12th floor of Royale Palms, connected to Hilton, Myrtle Beach. It has beautiful ocean and resort views at your footsteps. It is furnished a king size bed and work area desk and chair. We provide a coffee maker, coffee, sugar and cream, microwave and small fridge. The studio is equipped with cable Spectrum TV with 100+ channels including HBO and On Demand movies and shows. For an additional rental fee, this studio can be rented with Unit #1201 next door to become a 3BD / 3BA combo to share with extended family and friends.

Your private balcony, accessed easily through a sliding glass door, will give you the Beach below your Sandy Toes and Feet. Or spend time to enjoy lounging outside while sipping on something hot or cold. As our guests, you are always invited to use the owners' fenced in private pool area for more secluded relaxation.

You are close to many local attractions such as the famous Myrtle Beach Boardwalk -- Home to the SkyWheel, the 6th Tallest Ferris Wheel in the United States. Within minutes there is Barefoot Landing for LIVE music venues at The Alabama Theater and House of Blues, plus unlimited shopping at the unique shops of Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlet Malls. For family friendly adventures, there's fun-themed mini-golf courses, Broadway at the Beach, with amusement park rides, Ripley's Aquarium, Pelicans Baseball, Grand Prix go- carts, Myrtle Waves water slide, fine dining seafood restaurants, and more specialty shopping. Be sure to catch weekly fireworks displays all summer, up and down the beach! Arcadian Shores is the most immediate golf course, located right outside the Kingston Plantation perimeter, but there are 100's more to choose from within a half hour drive. With all this to do, you are certainly in the heart of coastal Southern Hospitality!

Perfect Stay

Outstanding getaway

We stayed at the Royal Palms in 120 H. The hotel was beautiful and luxurious. The room was spacious and clean and the ocean view was great. The king size bed was very comfortable. There were enough towels and blankets provided so we didn't have to ask for more. Getting the key to the property was easy. Parking was easy and next to the hotel. The hotel was near plenty of shopping areas and restaurants. We will definitely stay there again.

Overall very nice stay and unit. The only issue or more of a concern would be the Air Conditioning unit. Very loud with rumbling and vibrations shaking the area around the AC unit. We have stayed at the Royal Palms over 20 times and this is the first time we have experienced an AC unit this loud.

Labor Day 2023

Be mindful of check out and the baggage cart. People seem to hoard them, especially if you’re around a holiday time. Also make sure to see about the elevators if they are properly functioning and they ALL WORK!!! We only had two elevators working for “22” floors of rooms at 40+ rooms per floor so figure on waiting at times of importance…

Fun at the conference

Stayed here to attend a conference and enjoy the beach. The owners communicated everything we needed to know in a timely manner and even left us a bunch of snacks! The property was exactly as described and there were lots of conveniences nearby. Would stay again!

The property at Royal Palms was perfect for my spring getaway at the beach. The rate was great for being right on the water and super close to the outlets and many restaurants. It was clean, and the view was amazing. I enjoyed the Roku TV and cable TV for nighttime options. The kitchenette was great, too. The communication was very clear, and I had zero issues. I would definitely stay in a B2 Vacations place again! Thank you!

Pretty good….however

The rental property is as described and the property manager was nice enough to let us check in a couple hours early. There were snacks in the room which was appreciated. Overall good, however, on the first morning we were there the property manager requested the handyman come by to check on the toilet flush handle (which was working perfectly fine in our opinion). This made us feel very uncomfortable since we did not see any real reason for him to come in our room without our request. We were told that the prior renters had a problem with the toilet, but if they did I am not sure why this wasn’t handled during their stay or in between theirs and our stay. Anyways, we ended up bringing our valuables with us when we went out as we were nervous to leave them in the room with a stranger coming in. You might want to consider putting some paper plates and plastic forks/knives in the room. Also, the AC is super loud. Other than that, the room was clean, the bed was comfy and the balcony view was beautiful. For the most part we enjoyed our stay.

Thank you for your feedback and review. Glad you enjoyed your stay and loved the views. Adding paper products for our guests is a great idea. Our handyman had a death in the family and was not available prior to your check in to fix the toilet flush handle. We did not want you to have any issues at night with the toilet not flushing. I am sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. I did check with you first before our handyman stopped by. The AC was serviced a few days ago and is working perfectly.

Why they chose this property

Royale Palms has everything our family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony.

It's one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment. The proximity to the Hilton restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
