This fully updated 1BR-1BA bayfront condo at Bayside Inn is newly decorated in "beach chic" style. The location is perfect - adjacent to the Bayside Conference Center, the Linkside Conference Center and the Linkside Golf Course. Bayside Inn offers accommodations that are value priced and located in the heart of all that the Resort has to offer…..three conference centers, three golf courses, tennis, sugar white beaches, a marina, restaurants, shops and much more.

So much to enjoy! Spend an afternoon lounging by the sparkling blue infinity swimming pool that overlooks the bay. There is a poolside tiki bar and grill, and the beach is a five minute drive away with plenty of beachside parking. Complimentary tram service will transport you to the beach or the Baytowne Wharf where you will enjoy dinner, entertainment and shopping. Rent a bicycle for the day, play a tennis match, or make an appointment for a massage next door at the European Spa and fitness center… all the luxuries are at your fingertips here at Bayside Inn!

Our unit is spacious and inviting (703 square feet) with a king bed, a full kitchen, a dining area, a full bathroom and a living area with a queen sleeper sofa. You will be impressed with the stunning bay view from our balcony, so plan to relax for a bit and take in the magic of the resort! Tram service, WIFI and parking are complimentary, and a state-of-the-art laundry facility is available down the hallway.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great Vacation

We stayed at the Bayside Inn for the Memorial Day weekend. The condo was very nice and clean. The tram service to the beach and Baytowne Warf is so convenient.

Beautiful place

Our stay was delightful. The view of the bay was gorgeous, calming, and peaceful. The area is lovely and offers many walking paths. The only negative was that you can hear the guests in the adjoining unit. It will be helpful to insulate the connecting door. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.

Can’t beat the view

Love the location and view. I see the Seahawks we could sit outside in our chairs and pull this TV out and watch the game outside Had a small maintenance issue as soon as I notified them, they were on it very professional

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at this property because we have prior but this time around it wasn’t a great experience for a few different reasons. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the trams didn’t run when they were supposed to all week so we had to walk majority of the week, and we had hot water one day when taking showers.

Overall the condo was as described and it was comfortable for two people. The bathroom was nice and spacious and the bed was super comfortable. There were several people in the building smoking weed which was quite annoying to have to smell it just about every time I sat in the porch.

Worthwhile Great Value and as advertised

We loved the view, property condition was very good, and the description was accurate. There were some tips on how to maneuver around that were helpful as well. My only complaint and my wife as well is the 10:00 a.m. check out in the last day, the more common 11:00 a.m. check out would give time to both do something in the morning and pack up and clean, but as it were our last day was simply wake up pack up clean up and it was almost time to leave

We loved the view. It was very quiet. Didn't like not having washer and dryer. The hot water took 10 minutes to warm up. Small refrigerator was a little inconvenient.

I'd give it an eight out of ten.

Nice suite although internet was spotty. Sometimes was on sometimes not. In today's world internet should be a priority. Fridge did not have freezer which for a longer stay made for some challenges. Outdoor pool at Bayside was not open and the area around the pool was closed.

We were there for 5 nights and planned to prepare some meals here so we didn't have to eat out every night. The kitchen is not well stocked at all, few dishes, silverware and only a small undercounter fridge with no freezer. No dishwasher either which wasn't a big deal because we never cooked there. That was the only downside for us. As long as you don't plan to prepare meals here it's a great place with wonderful location.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for our spring break getaway. We absolutely loved the condo. The rental process was easy. We used the same company last summer for a different condo. The view from the room is amazing! Loved the decor in the condo. The floors looked brand new. We kept saying that we need to put the floor from the condo and the tile from the shower in our house! The fridge is small, but that’s obvious in the pictures before you book. So it was not a problem for us. We fit a decent amount of food (lunch meats, cheese, soda, quart of milk, fruit and some other snacks) just fine. The property was very quiet the whole time we were there. The weather was crummy, so the beautiful view made it so worth the trip. We watched rays, fish, and birds all week. One morning I was up early enough to catch a couple dolphins playing further out in the bay. We got brunch a couple times from the Cafe next door. My husband bought a pass for the workout room. We loved everything about our stay. The condo shares a door with the room next door (for adjoining rooms) which made it easy to hear the family next door and the noise from their kiddos. That would be the only “con”. But we sleep with box fans so once we turned those on, we were fine. I would recommend this place to everyone. We definitely plan on visiting and staying here again!

Beautiful Bay View

This was a very comfortable unit with a beautiful bay view. We spent a lot of time looking out at the bay, and we were so close we could see fish and stingrays in the water! This unit has a mini fridge and no dishwasher, but this was not an issue for us as we ate most of our meals off site.

Needs improvement

The condo was nice. Perfect location. Beautiful bayside view. However, there wasn’t a standard sized refrigerator, only a mini fridge that wasn’t cold. The coffee maker was broken, and the air conditioner wasn’t working well. Our condo never cooled below 72 degrees. No washer/dryer inside the unit. There were three of each down the hall, but one of the dryers was broken.

Reviewer Comments: After 6 days of vacation, I wanted to give feedback on this property. From the pics, the unit looks great, but there are few things to note both positive and negative:1. The fridge is a mini-fridge not full size. Therefore, I would recommend this unit only for short stays. We purchased a week of groceries pre-arrival and had to still live out of a cooler for the week, due to this inconvenience. 2. The coffee maker does not work. I travel for a living and I can assure you it was not user-error. 3. There was not a dishwasher in the unit. Even though part of your provided products was a dishwasher pouch and we brought several extra pods for the week, there is not one. Even check-out instructions included dishwasher instructions. 4. The bathroom is HUGE, which is a positive, the unit could benefit with a full size fridge and take away some of this space. 5. Note for the owner, update your decor and furniture. This unit could be a 4 star unit but with the decor and old furniture, it's more of a 2.5-3 star. 6. The bay view is great, if you choose to pay less off the beach and still want water. The balcony is nice and you can see the Sandestin fireworks on Tuesday nights well. 7. There is no golf cart, therefore you do have to drive everywhere for the most part. Sandestin has a lot to offer without having to leave the resort community. 8. The Beachside this time of the year is EXTREMELY packed for Sandestin, I would recommend driving to Henderson State Park private beach for a better beach experience. Overall for the price in peak season, the unit was fine. In hindsight, we should have paid a little more for a beachfront condo, considering the convenience of being on the beach and a little nicer condo. If beach isn't a priority and you have a short stay, the unit is good and Sandestin is beautiful.

We came in to our condo which was pretty clean. We loved the view but there was no beach nearby which was disappointing since we had to drive to one everyday. Also the refrigerator was tiny and the coffee maker wasn’t working.
