Charming house (swimming pool and jacuzzi) with outbuildings

Whether you are a sports enthusiast (possibility of golf, horse riding, swimming, canoeing, tree climbing), lovers of delicate dishes (many country markets, speciality of foie gras, terrine, tourtière or even Cahors wine, sweet wine...), wishing to visit castles or museums (Château de Bonaguil, Château de Biron, old town of Bergerac...), or whether you simply want to relax with your family (swimming pool, tennis and jacuzzi), this place will satisfy you.

The place consists of a house and an old renovated barn.

The house is made up of:
- on the ground floor of 2 bedrooms (180 cm bed or 2 single beds) with TV, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with open-plan kitchen and bar, 1 sofa, and
- on the 1st floor, access by 2 independent staircases to 1 large bedroom (1 bed of 180 cm or 2 single beds plus 1 single bed of 90cm) with 1 shower room, on the one hand, and on the other hand to 1 bedroom (1 bed of 90 cm + 1 drawer bed of 90 cm) and 1 shower room.
The renovated barn has 2 bedrooms with double beds (or 2 single beds) and their respective walk-in shower rooms.

Outside:
- Barbecue
- Petanque court
- Table tennis table
- Private swimming pool, counter-current swimming
- in the outbuildings, jacuzzi, winter kitchen and spacious awning offering the possibility of protection from the sun.

A laundry room offers all the necessary equipment: washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.
The house provides bed linen, hand towels and pool towels.

A safety deposit box is at your disposal.
Free baby equipment on request: cot, high chair.

An electric terminal is available to charge your car (billing according to your consumption).

On the property: tennis court (passable but not in good condition).
An old washhouse, which cannot be secured, completes the charm of this property.

If there are fewer of you, you also have the possibility of renting only the house without the renovated barn (see Ad Charming house with swimming pool and jacuzzi, 1727623).

During the summer, weekly rental with rotation on Saturdays.

Please note:
- the proximity of the swimming pool, even with an alarm, the jacuzzi and the washhouse require permanent supervision of the children. These are under the full responsibility of the Lessee of the rental;
- Alcohol and the jacuzzi don't mix well
- It is forbidden to use "glass" glasses in the jacuzzi, plastic glasses are provided.

House rules:
- Deposit of 1000€
- Cleaning fee for leaving the premises
- Smoking is not allowed in the house but the surrounding countryside is waiting for you...
- To allow the travellers who will succeed you to benefit from a clean, warm and friendly home, please respect the place and the nature that surrounds you.
