We enjoyed 9 days at this wonderful home. The property was very clean and the amenities were well stocked. We especially enjoyed the large lanai and walking in the neighborhood. Our hosts greeted us when we arrived making our "check-in" great. 5 STARS

Johann was very attentive and made sure we had every thing we needed plus extras. The house is wonderful, nicely appointed extremely comfortable. Every thing is just as described, clean. Kept up nicely, kitchen is fully furnished n has every thing you could want. We seen an alligator soon by on the second day that was fun. We looked for it after that but no such luck. The screened in porch is perfect. Thank you for an awesome stay.

Peaceful Lakeside Vacation

The Lakeside Villa was both peaceful and comfortable. Watching the lake from the comfort of the lanai to watching a movie while sitting on the cozy living room furniture, the villa is relaxing. In all, we loved our stay.

House was clean for the most part, however, numerous dead knats (?) were found in the guest bathroom tub upon arrival... not certain how they got there.One of the guest bedrooms was occupied during the stay. There was no top sheet on the bed. A flat sheet was located in a nearby linen closet. Quiet neighborhood.

Very lovely, quiet, luxurious home

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner was very responsive. The house has high end furnishings and it was extremely clean. It’s a very quiet neighborhood that we could take walks in. I loved the lanai. I could read, eat breakfast and do yoga in it. It was very quiet and I could watch birds, alligators and turtles. We will definitely be back.

Wedding retreat

My siblings and I spent 8 nights here while in Florida for our youngest sister's wedding. The location was close to shopping, scenic, and in a quiet neighborhood. The 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were well equipped to accommodate 5 seniors! Large kitchen, dining, and living area with lots of seating, as well as a private lanai for lounging. Well stocked with bedding, linens, and household items.Host was prompt to answer any of our questions. Good experience! Would recommend!

Beautiful Pond View Home

Johann's home was exceptionally clean and had very friendly neighbors. Beautiful view of the Pond from backyard lanai with plenty of room for backyard dining and relaxing. Peaceful, luxurious, and safe. Our family had a wonderful Christmas Holiday here and would 100% return for a second stay. Thank you for a wonderful week, no issues whatsoever. Kind Regards, Jennifer

Happy in Palmetto

The lake on the property was great and we saw many birds and the two alligators. The neighbors were all very friendly and Bob, our property manager, was very helpful. There is no hot tub there as pictured on website. Also, would suggest buying some wash cloths for the bathrooms, as there were none! Too much clutter in the kitchen pantries with things people left there and not much room for the things we bought. We did enjoy our stay though and highly recommend!

Great way to spend the winter

We spent 3 months at this lovely home and had a wonderful time. From the vaulted ceilings to the oversized master bath, this house has everything we needed for a relaxing, luxurious vacation. We especially enjoyed the lanai where we saw so many birds, ducks, turtles and an occasional view of an alligator. Our host, Johann, was very attentive to our needs and kept in touch to make sure everything was going OK. Another plus is the neighborhood, with friendly neighbors and a great area for walking.

Very comfortable accommodations

We found the house clean,spacious and fully stocked with everything we needed. We rented it primarily as a place for our family, consisting of 5 adults and I child, to sleep while visiting other family members living nearby. Sitting on the lanai overlooking the lake was tranquil and a great place for reading, breakfast, and praying at the start of the day. We saw a variety of birds, fish leaping and a crocodile while enjoying the serenity of the lake. Johann was a responsive host and we would enjoy staying again.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Florida Gulf Beach tourism but close enough to everything

I was mainly here for Pittsburgh Pirates Spring Training. This home is a short 15 minute ride from Mckecknie Field and is close to beaches in Bradenton and St. Pete. It's very easy to access highways and main local roads to travel throughout the area. The home is tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you could possibly need. The lanai and hot tub made for perfect relaxation at any hour of the day and the view of birds, turtles and even alligators at the lake made for a great visual experience. Very peaceful location and friendly neighbors. The property owner, although I never got a chance to meet him in person, was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home - so nicely decorated and every convenience one could want. We were greeted, as planned, by Marco who was watching for us to arrive to give us the keys along with a warm welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with all of the amenities that were made available to give our vacation a relaxing start -kitchen and bathrooms equipped to the last detail. We did a lot of exploring around Palmetto area and appreciated the map book, shopping, golfing and restaurant recommendations. It's a very central location to everything. So, we will probably consider returning in the future and we will definitely be interested in another vacation at this home if you are still renting it out.

We had an EXCELLENT time,...

We had an EXCELLENT time, the house is beautiful and stocked with everything we needed and then some. The lanai and hot tub were wonderful! We enjoyed getting up in the morning watching the sun rise and the birds in the pond, and the sunsets at night! The bedrooms were nice size and very very comfortable! It truly felt like a home away from home! All stores you need are withn 10 - 20 min. And the area is great! We are looking forward to coming back next year!
