The house is uniquely well decorated. All furniture and equipment are well maintained and first class. 55" TV in sitting room and TVs as well in all bedrooms. Spectrum with a lot of channels. Free wireless internet.

1000 square feet covered lanai in back, facing the Crystal Lake.

Two minutes away from two top golf courses. Seven minutes away from the Ellenton Outlets with over 200 shops. 15-20 minutes away from beaches.
