**** ONGOING DOCK REPAIR PROJECT: The project will continue through at least April 14th 2026, with this timeline remaining tentative and subject to change based on weather and construction progress. A temporary fence restricts access to the dock behind the home for your safety. The rest of the property remains fully equipped!

However The Boat House Marina next door to the resort may have slips available. It is a full service marina with amenities available to boaters at an additional cost:



BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:

Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily

Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.

These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.

No trailer storage reservations are needed.



When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

Guests will have access to house, private balconies, grounds, pool.

Getting Around:

Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.
