Old town apartment

Situated in an old building in the very old part of town, this apartment is nicely renovated and far enough up to feel safe and far enough set back from the bustle of the main street, to be quiet. Well furnished and well enough appointed for comfort.

Fabulous location; however, communication was sporadic and required an assist from VRBO. Despite being near the action, once the windows were closed it was quiet. Shower had mold and leaked all over tne floor. Towels were flophouse thin. There were exactly 2 coffee pods and two tea bags for 2 peole, 2nights.

Charming location, but needs some improvements

A charming location above Annecy markets and restaurants made the stay worthwhile. However there was some difficulty communicating about the entry process and location of keys. The entry way did take us by surprise as we entered descending down a stone stairwell with graffiti at night. We came to appreciate the location near the town center over the course of two days. The linens were stained and both duvets were dirty - one with a small old blood stain. When we asked for replacement linens they stated they could bring them the morning of checkout? The sofa bed was broken and my daughter slept uncomfortably with no blankets on the sofa. Water leaked onto floor when shower was used and the apartment was not well cleaned upon arrival. The washer was great, but the dampness. Of the old stone building did not allow for the clothes to dry in a timely way. So sorry to sound whiny - the place has great potential and is well located.

Emplacement idéal !

Au coeur de la veille ville d'Annecy : idéal pour se promener et se restaurer ! En plus c'était pendant le carnaval vénitien : topissime sous le soleil !
