This home is the ONLY house in Coronado Village that is built into a park (Mathewson) boasting expansive views from two sides of the house of the park, peekaboo bridge and downtown San Diego views and July Fourth Fireworks prime seat from front deck. Original Midcentury Modern home with jacuzzi, oversized garage, private culdesac with basketball hoop, and a playground steps from your front door. Four bedrooms and Two and a half bathrooms, plus bonus room with fold out couch and spacious basement with it's own bathroom. Sleeps 8 comfortably with additional sectional couch in basement.
