IIn the heart of the city, come and enjoy the Cavalaire sunshine all year round in this bright apartment with a terrace and sea view, located in the most beautiful luxury residence with a swimming pool and magnificent garden.
Private parking is available within the residence in the city center.
Linens are available for an additional fee payable on site: €20 per person for sheets, €10 per person for a set of towels (bath and hand towels).
The swimming pool is open from May 1st to September 30th. It is not heated.

Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung Grad Pavois in Cavalaire-sur-Mer. Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll – sogar schöner als auf den Bildern, sehr hell, mit schönem Ausblick, perfekt gelegen und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten direkt im Hof sind sehr praktisch, und Strand sowie Stadt sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Positiv war außerdem der Kontakt mit Hafida, die immer sofort erreichbar war und sich am Anfang sofort um das defekte Wifi gekümmert hat.Wichtig sind aber auch ein paar negative Punkte: Obwohl die Wohnung insgesamt sauber war, kamen während unseres dreiwöchigen Aufenthalts immer wieder Hundehaare zum Vorschein, da Hunde erlaubt sind.Außerdem war vorab nicht ersichtlich, dass der Pool erst ab dem 1. Mai geöffnet ist. Da wir im April dort waren, konnten wir ihn gar nicht nutzen.Am meisten überrascht hat uns jedoch, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher nicht im Preis enthalten waren. Genannt wurden 20 pro Person für Bettwäsche und 10 pro Person für Handtücher – pro Woche. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie wären das bei 3 Wochen 360 Zusatzkosten gewesen. Das sollte unbedingt vorher klar in der Anzeige stehen.Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Wohnung, aber etwas fehlende Transparenz.

Dès le soir de votre réservation, je vous ai informé que le linge de maison est proposé en option, conformément aux informations mentionnées dans l’annonce. Par ailleurs, votre séjour de trois semaines pour quatre personnes, réservé à la dernière minute, a bénéficié de remises significatives, permettant de compenser largement le coût de cette option. Bien entendu, en cas de désaccord, vous aviez la possibilité d’annuler votre réservation. Je vous remercie pour votre compréhension. Virginie

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour L’appartement est conforme aux photos Il est doté d’une belle luminosité avec sa configuration traversante. Superbes Vacances

L'appartement est très situé, tout est faisable à pied. La résidence est très belle, bien entretenue, au calme, et avec une superbe piscine. L'appartement est très beau et correspond a la description. J'ai rarement eu une location aussi bien agencée, décorée, fonctionnelle et aussi bien équipée. Un grand merci a Sandrine qui nous a super bien accueilli, et aussi pour tous ses précieux conseils sur Cavalaire (visites, restaurant, boulangerie, etc.).Bref un appartement et un lieu, ou nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Très agréable séjour

Outre la localisation idéale de l'immeuble, la qualité des prestations et la propreté, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand balcon pour nous détendre et y manger. De plus, l'accueil et la gentillesse de Sandrine ont été exceptionnels.

Comme à la maison !

L’appartement est très bien situé car tout est faisable à pied (courses, plage, restaurant, etc.) La résidence est propre, sécurisée, calme et très bien entretenue. L’appartement traversant est fonctionnel, très propre, bien agencé, confortable et très lumineux. On s’y sent comme à la maison! Sandrine a toujours été disponible et nous la remercions encore pour son accueil et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons dans cet appartement pour nos prochains séjours à Cavalaire !
