The bedroom offers a delightful queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathroom has all the essentials you'll need for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

There are plenty of cafes, such as Au Pied de Cochon and Breizh Café, and plenty of restaurants and bars, such as Bouillon Julien, Flunch, Georges, Candelaria, Le Comptoir de la Gastronomie, and Favela Chic. The Arts et Métiers station is only a 4-minute walk away, as well as the Rambuteau station. Chatelet Les Halles is only 11 minutes away on foot, and Gare du Nord is 2.2 kilometres away. This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
