The apartment was clean and nice. Location was good. However, upon arrival there was only one key and two of us staying. Furthermore after asking about this the only solution was to store the key at a lockbox 7 min away (each way). This was very inconvenient for two people needing to share a key. The confirmation mentioned a spare key that was inside the apartment but this did not exist. Also worth noting you may need to supply your own washing up liquid and shower gel as this was also not provided.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay here! This was during the June heat wave, so it was a bit warm without AC, but that was true of basically the whole city. The location is great, we especially appreciated the nearby playground (with water misters!) for the kids. Both the main bed and pullout were quite comfortable. The bathroom and shower were very nice. It was also surprisingly quiet, even with a loud music festival going on nearby. All in all just a great place to stay in Paris!One thing to note is that you take three flights of stairs up to the room so that could be an issue for some.

The location was perfect – central yet situated on a quiet street. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the apartment itself was beautiful and comfortable. The bath was a real pleasure, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was fantastic, providing clear instructions for everything and staying in touch to help with any questions we had.

Great flat in a perfect location. Host was very quick to respond to messages. Very detailed instructions were provided for everything from check in/key pick up to operating the washing machine. The flat was clean and well stocked, and very quiet.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely apartment in Le Marais. You have access to many metro lines, food, shopping, parcs and so much more. This location is perfect for someone visiting Paris for the first time or who would like to be in the trendy fashion district. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed as a family of four to live happily there. As someone who has stayed in many apartments in Paris, the location, price and kindness of the hosts was the best.

The apartment was very clean, well maintained, comfortable and of high standard. Plenty of cooking equipment and lots of plug sockets and mirrors. It was a bit of a walk for us to pick up the keys. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to Metro. It's a good neighbourhood, reasonably close to all the sights. We were a bit surprised at the lack of basics such as salt, pepper, oil, coffee pot, washing up liquid, shower gel/shampoo and toilet rolls. However we very much enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very helpful.

Very pleasant stay, the location is top, very close to everything you want to see in Paris. The apartment is nice, clean, warm, comfortable and equipped, just like a usual flat. The people working for this property are also nice, responsive and helpful. Contactless check in and out was the best option for us. Very glad with this choice!

We had a great stay here with our family of 4 for 4 nights. The host was great and very communicative with helpful suggestions for things nearby. The property is in a great part of Paris. We walked everywhere including the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the Eiffel Tower (furthest at about 1 hour). The flat is a half block of a main street in a very quiet building. We felt safe at all times including midnight. The key location is a few blocks away but an easy 10 minute walk with roller bags.

I loved staying here! Loved the location. Was here a total of 9 nights. Clean, spacious for myself. Can accommodate up to 4, might be a bit tight for 4 adults but it’s doable. I WFH so this set up for me was perfect. Note you’ll have to buy your own hand soap and paper towels as they only provide kitchen towel and dish soap. Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator so something to keep in mind for mobility issues. Clean secure building. I would absolutely stay here again!

The house was clean and cozy. It was big enough for four people. It had everything we needed and more. (shampoos, soaps, toilet paper, kitchen supplies, coffee etc.) We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The reservations team was really helpful and answered all of our questions quickly. The location is near everywhere, and it is a very safe area. You can find markets, restaurants and cafes within a few minutes walk. The key pickup system was great, we didn’t need further explanation, it was quick. I certainly recommend it. We can’t wait to stay here again, definitely will!

The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, quiet and in a great location, with comfortable beds. However, there were problems. The stove and oven did not work, and this appears to have been a problem for awhile. All communication was with an annoying AI bot, with no way to connect to a human. And weirdly miserly about supplies for a nice apartment - they list a washer and dishwasher, but there was no soap for either; no coffee, tea or sugar; inadequate bathroom soap and shampoo.

The place was terrific, clean, and as pictured. Access was a real challenge. I was told I'ld get the address and check-in info 24 hours in advance. I didn't receive it until the day of. The I had to get key from a machine in the neighborhood that had no staff and was difficult to find and understand. It wasn't there as promised and finally a man showed up at check in time with the key. Very confusing, stressful and difficult.
